SOLO Instances for PvE Grind
This isn't posted in hopes of playing Banished cells by myself (which would be AWESOME! Maybe I'd finally get to hear the dialogue of the quest), but rather in hopes of an instanced, solo, grind location.
I'd like to have the ability to grind the way I like without losing XP to additional players. Perhaps a private instance with tons of zombies, or those fat Daedra who beat their chests?
Just purchased my first Mythic XP potion in game (25k, a lot of money for me, a casual player), and I'd love to use it in an environment with no one else to absorb the XP.

P.S. There are tons of other reasons for solo instances which are also good grind spots, but that is another post.

✭✭✭No, I would not like to see solo grind instances in gameWhile it absolutely makes me grumpy when some random player runs up and starts bow light attacking each mob that I'm AoE grinding, and gets rewarded the same amount of XP that I do with them putting in minimal effort, this is an MMO, and I'd like the game to not drift away from that.
However, there are some areas I believe, like Skyreach Catacombs, that sort of offer this "solo grind" experience you are looking for. Though I could be wrong and something may have changed this.Unfortunate magicka warden main.

You can't have it both ways; you either deal with other players grinding, or you deal with the fools running around only using light attacks because they don't know jack about the game.2 -

Reorx_Holybeard✭✭✭✭✭As others have mentioned normal Maelstrom is a pretty good grinding area and is a solo instance so no fighting over mobs. During the Halloween event with an XP potion/scroll I was getting at least 6 levels every 30-45 minutes. Basically 5 hours to level from 3 to 50 which isn't that bad.

Doesn't this game already have tons of content and locations where you can solo and hear quest dialogue while grinding?
I don't understand why you would want this. Because it's already there.
If you are just wanting a solo experience minus the presence of other players then perhaps a single player game would be more to your liking.

GabiAlex✭✭✭✭If everybody will be able to solo every instance, then everybody will do it solo and don't have to deal with other people because they want to play a game that require to socialize without wanting to socialize. Instead a Story Mode will be great, not only for ESO, but for every story driven MMO so this way I can finally listen to the dialogues also that will be a nice way to have a preview of it before doing it on group and annoy an elitist db that will cry on chat instead of explain the tactics to others. Stop abusing low-level players/other players so you can farm your CP faster.
I make a point to refuse to leave an area if a grinder starts bitching at me. If I'm grinding and someone else starts tagging my kills, I'll find another zone. There are many, many places to grind. (And frankly, my favorite spot is in IC. Fast spawns, more people just speeds up kills, and I can PvP. Plus you get Tel-var for doing it. Win/win/win)"Adapt. or Die."1 -

Would be extremely boring if they added more solo instances.
