Infinite Loading Screens: ZOS, why are you ok with this?

If I get dropped, I have to re-queue. If I don't drop, I still don't get to play. It's been this way for a long time, but has gotten progressively worse in the past few patches. What's your goal, here?

Why are they okay with the 30-50% FPS drop bug? (introduced in 2.2 last year)

Why are they okay with players falling into terrain during combat because of the cyrodiil LOD bug? (introduced in 2.2 last year)

Why are they okay with taking months to fix broken (not unbalanced, but actually broken) abilities and sets?

    Etc...

Zenimax has the resources to fix these issues. They don't care because their target customer has epic battles in PVE delves and plays a few hours per week. They don't fix them because they have poor ethics and do not feel compelled to maintain a product sold to an audience of customers they no longer favor.

I DEMAND that they replace the loading screen with this version! It would be a vast improvement.

Sadly pvp isn't a priority for them.
    Invictus
Kilandros - Dragonknight / Grand Overlord
Deimos - Templar / Grand Warlord
    Sias - Sorcerer / Prefect
Short answer is DKs likely won't be seeing a ton of changes before we go live; this class is still quite powerful (as it should be being a tank), even after some of the adjustments we've made to other classes and abilities.

DK IS NOT JUST A TANK CLASS. #PLAYTHEWAYYOUWANT

Or that it takes months to fix broken sets that they permanently ban for using. If you knew about it and it took a month to fix it's your fault ZOS.

I doubt they are ok with it they just don't have the resources to track it down and fix it, I would hope that no company would want to let such crap stay in there game if they could fix it.

No way! You have a responsibility as a player to not use broken items and to report such bugs to the devs. In that TOS contract you "willingly signed" by agreeing bounds you to those terms. Those people were banned justly, they broke the rules of the agreement. They didn't honor their end of the contract. That makes the contract mill and void thus ZOS parted ways with those people..they have no one to blame but themselves.

Sorcerer's - The ONLY class in the game that is punished for using its class defining skill (Bolt Escape)

"Here in his shrine, that they have forgotten. Here do we toil, that we might remember. By night we reclaim, what by day was stolen. Far from ourselves, he grows ever near to us. Our eyes once were blinded, now through him do we see. Our hands once were idle, now through them does he speak. And when the world shall listen, and when the world shall see, and when the world remembers, that world will cease to be. - Miraak

I disagree because if there is no official statement or in game message then how are you to know. What if you were a new player getting your first cp 160 set and was not social how are they going to know? I think the communication between ZOS & players needs to be better for them to justify permanently banning for their broken sets if there was no communication. ZOS knew about a few sets that were very broken in PTS months before live launch. If they are not fixed by launch then they should have been removed till fixed. It's just a lazy pass the buck buissness model that is a sad excuse for not wanting to own up to mistakes they make all the time. If CE users were let back in I don't know where their priorities are.

If something doesn't work in the way that it says it is supposed to work, a player will realize that. Upon realizing that, the player should report the bug and refrain from using it again. A new player who doesn't know using a certain set is considered a bannable offense is not going to be banned unless they continue using it past the point of reasonably knowing about it.

I don't recall any game I've played publicizing exploits by communicating to the playerbase what the exploits were. Definitely things should be patched way faster than they are, but it's still an exploit whether you do it today or two weeks from now.

You know my feelings on this. I find it outrageous that they allow shuffle to be absolutely totally and without a doubt broken for months and months yet they will make sure the latest patch includes a way to stop NB from cloaking when they cast a skill. It's so arbitrary and lacking in any sense that it's almost comical at this point.

I especially like dying while I sit in a load screen. So stupid that I exist enough to die just not enough to move.

There are so many variations on this I've experienced...
    • Select a keep to transit to, and arrive after the keep has flipped to another faction.
    • Die in battle, select a keep to rez at, and arrive in Craglorn dead and unable to do a damn thing about.
    • Arrive at a camp dead
