No way! You have a responsibility as a player to not use broken items and to report such bugs to the devs. In that TOS contract you "willingly signed" by agreeing bounds you to those terms. Those people were banned justly, they broke the rules of the agreement. They didn't honor their end of the contract. That makes the contract mill and void thus ZOS parted ways with those people..they have no one to blame but themselves.

I disagree because if there is no official statement or in game message then how are you to know. What if you were a new player getting your first cp 160 set and was not social how are they going to know? I think the communication between ZOS & players needs to be better for them to justify permanently banning for their broken sets if there was no communication. ZOS knew about a few sets that were very broken in PTS months before live launch. If they are not fixed by launch then they should have been removed till fixed. It's just a lazy pass the buck buissness model that is a sad excuse for not wanting to own up to mistakes they make all the time. If CE users were let back in I don't know where their priorities are.

I especially like dying while I sit in a load screen. So stupid that I exist enough to die just not enough to move.
