A Dwemer mount makes no sense. Dwemer artifacts only function for a limited time outside of their ruins. There were a few exceptions and those were trinkets compared to a fully functioning mount that can travel anywhere.

Then again people are riding around on sparkling My Little Pony horses and tigers so *shrug*

BUT If you were to do it justice then it should be a LARGE suit of Dwemer style armor. You fit in the chest area like the front end loader from Aliens 2. When you walk through town it should make *STOMP STOMP STOMP* foot fall noise.

It's about as outlandish as atronoch/spriggan(soon)/space(lorkhaj) mounts

That is to say, I don't approve of it in terms of TES alone but on ESO's standards weird shtuff is going on in Tamriel. So I wouldn't mind seeing them.

I hope it'd be some kind of roller-ball thing, or a spider in typical Dwemer fashion. Just doing the same horse/camel/senche EXCEPT CLOCKWORK is boring and not very Elder Scroll-sy. If they're going to add things I'd like to see more Elder Scrolls specific things - Echatere, Elytra - and fewer things you could see in any generic fantasy game.

Clockwork horses/camels/senches are what we'll most likely get, since they need no special animations...

You're giving ZoS too much credit. They're not gonna create 6 new mounts and even if just one of those mounts is a unique, then good luck getting it. I got 3 apex mounts from 34 crates, but even with that luck, I would not fancy my chances getting a specific one.

From a lore perspective? Probably a spider. We saw a dwemer in a spider-legged seat vehicle in Morrowind, after all.
