✭Since the dwemer were very into mobility with their automatons, I'd say spider for terrain versatility or a series of spheres to roll. I'm not very keen on dwarves in Tamriel, but dwarves in fantasy lore don't typically ride horses due to their weight. They also don't tend to swim. So if they were to have horses, it would likely be an automaton.
But given the last dwemer in Morrowind, they'd probably augment themselves.
