Steam-purchased Crowns not appearing in-game.

As the title states, I just purchased two Crown packs (5500 & 750) from Steam and have yet to receive them. This is after just purchasing ESO+ a few days ago and receiving everything instantly.

Both items appear in my Steam transactions, both of which I have an ID for.

I'm not the only person having this issue; support should check out the Steam forums and at least put a response in.

The only other thing worth noting in my case is that each item shows up in my Steam transactions twice, one with the actual dollar amount deducted from my Steam wallet, and the second entry showing $0. Both entries for each item, however, share the same transaction ID.

My in-game ticket response was the obvious robo-response telling me to get in touch with Steam support.

Steam is just going to tell me that the transactions were completed, which is the case, since I was obviously charged for both purchases.

Now in contact with both Steam and ESO support, let's see where this goes.

Second response from ESO support was to tell me I should make sure that the transaction was completed on my end, ie: my bank.

I would not have been able to put funds on my Steam wallet if there was something up on my end.

These were posted in the official games forum site, no developer response. These were posted on the official steam forums for the game, still no developer response.
Seems like the developer are aware of the issue but are not providing any response to it as of yet. They are prob trying to fix the issue before they have to release a statement to explain it, is my guess.

By the way, same issue here. Bought crowns and their not appearing.

Ah, I figured. I know the Steam forums for ESO are currently flooded with angry individuals who haven't received their crowns also... I figured there were likely some threads on ESO's forums about it, too; though I didn't see any here.

It's strange because just a few days ago I purchased ESO+ from Steam and received everything instantly, with no issues.

I already contacted steam support about it but I have yet to be given a response as of yet. But personally, I think this is more in line with a issue with Zenimax's servers/client rather than steams. Because on their end, everything went through and had no issue but on the games side it didn't register nor read it. I think this has to do with the servers dealing with too large of a number of users purchasing crowns/ items from the crown store as the "lag" is only occurring around the store end and not the gameplay portion. But then again, I have noticed that the loading screens are taking longer than usual....so there's that.

The only thing I can see Steam being capable of doing is If my crowns don't appear in the game, they might be able to give me a full refund on it because the product I purchased never arrived. But you never know with these things.

Same problem here, I bought a recurring 6 months membership plus a 5500 crown pack. The membership is showing on steam's "additional content" tab but I haven't received my crowns.

Please let me know if any of you guys get your crowns.

Agreed. As far as Steam is concerned, both of my transactions were successfully completed. This is indeed an issue on Zenimax's end that I'm sure they're rushing around cursing at one another trying to resolve.

    At least, I hope.

Just a few days ago I purchased six months of ESO+ and everything went through just fine. Logged in to the game and had all my benefits instantly.

    Today, though? Not the case.

And to add to the original topic: no response from either side in over an hour now.
