Best would be to boost every player's health in Cyrodiil to 1.800 000 HP, that way everyone will be tough like a boss.

When you look at a single element of a larger package its easy to identify what you feel are imbalances. But since you cant take mines alone or cant take embers alone... its irrelevant.

If they nerf proc sets and destro ulti but leave heavy armour the way it is, PvP will be tanks vs tanks only (even more than it already is) and that's not particularly better imo. There's just so much stuff in the game right now that needs to be reevaluated.

Nah i play everything including templar, it's just laughable when a dot builds tries. They spend 6s putting dots on me i use purge and there all gone. Change to 4? Dark deal - Yes i know stam sorc was the worst class for a while yet this skill is just stupid and broken, why worry about sustain or heals when you can spam this to get 5k of both in a stupidly quick cast time, because its so quick to cast unless your spamming crushing shock or something you are not going to interupt them, stam sorc have speed bonus anyway so there fast and when you try to bash them, if it's not shuffle dodged or if the stam sorc doesn't go out of range you miss and because on console you have to hold block to bash you slow down so much and the stam sorc gets another 2 off. Nerf it hard.
Templar purge - 5 is just too many. Why make a dot build when any templar negates the point of the build and any nb can just cloak it
Ranged roots, bombard, the frost clench, the sorcerer skill, at least with melee roots you can attack a guy because there ofc melee, but with no cooldown and someone using a rnaged build spamming ranged roots it's just stupid, especially as most gap closers or even some ults dont work while rooted.
Rearming trap - It's a broken OP skill, strongest dot in the game, crit dmg and a double root and you can put more than 1 down... Makes duels turn into who can spam trap the most. Also it's that strong magicka dps use it in pve. Come one...
Vit pots - Need to be changed to mending
Malubeth - Needs to be changed to mending
Resource poisons - Need to go, they were 30% on the pts and peo;le said they were too strong, so you doubled them? Like really? They server no purpose other than to mess up pvp.
Embers - the heal on this is just stupid, even if mag dk is bottom, this heal just shouldnt be a thing.
Mines - Base skill should do half the dmg it does now, one morph increase the dmg to what it is now, the other gives it a root. Stupid skill which literally counter melee, atleast wings has some counter and ranged attacks channes, curse etc.. can get through. This literally just counters all melee and lasts for 30s.
Major evasion - Both shuffle and the nb skill. Reduce it to like 15% and change the way it works, currently if you shuffle dodge something you dodge everything for like .5s, so if you weave or such and they dodge your light attack they then proceed to dodge you skill and bash as well...
Pretty sure there is more but i can't remember them yet.

Incap is fine, not so much a problem. Everybody knows how to counter it by now.
The only things i agree with are poisons and black rose and the major evasion duration. The chance is fine because it has a decent cost to cast, same as a shield. It needs to dodge 1 attack and only one. It should not have a .5s window that dodges EVERYTHING.
Mag dk is getting buffed next patch, dragon blood speficially they dont need a 10k heal with for 750 cost skill. It's op and despite mag dk being the worst currently the skill is still op.
Dark is can only be cast 3 times? Still 15k stamina, also can be cast more if you spec it a bit more. Also with heavy armor magicka return and tri pots it gets casts a lot more. It's OP , not sure how people can defend it. What else gives 5k heal and 5k stamina back per cast? The cast time is so quick it's so hard to interrupt.
Incap is still op, it's not fine. Its far too cheap and does too much.

It's easy. You are not looking at builds as a whole. Such as with mdk, you have to have something to balance out how crappy the rest of their skills are. Don't get me started on mines. They glow bright purple, if you are running into that then it is on you.
You can't just pull 1 or 2 skills from an entire class and start nerfing. Balance requires looking at entire builds together.
I am glad you are not the one who does balancing for eso.

If this happens then Firey/Unrelenting grip shouldn't trigger CC immunity. Nothing feels worse than pulling a guy in (when our chains even work at all. There are still issues with trying to use the skill after a change in elevation) and watching him lolroll away.

You mean dodge roll out of a talon into a talon, talon, talon ,talon, talon, talon, talon and another talon oh and fossilize every 5 secs until you are out of stamina.
