Templar purge - 5 is just too many. Why make a dot build when any templar negates the point of the build and any nb can just cloak it
Ranged roots, bombard, the frost clench, the sorcerer skill, at least with melee roots you can attack a guy because there ofc melee, but with no cooldown and someone using a rnaged build spamming ranged roots it's just stupid, especially as most gap closers or even some ults dont work while rooted.
Rearming trap - It's a broken OP skill, strongest dot in the game, crit dmg and a double root and you can put more than 1 down... Makes duels turn into who can spam trap the most. Also it's that strong magicka dps use it in pve. Come one...
Vit pots - Need to be changed to mending
Malubeth - Needs to be changed to mending
Resource poisons - Need to go, they were 30% on the pts and peo;le said they were too strong, so you doubled them? Like really? They server no purpose other than to mess up pvp.
Embers - the heal on this is just stupid, even if mag dk is bottom, this heal just shouldnt be a thing.
Mines - Base skill should do half the dmg it does now, one morph increase the dmg to what it is now, the other gives it a root. Stupid skill which literally counter melee, atleast wings has some counter and ranged attacks channes, curse etc.. can get through. This literally just counters all melee and lasts for 30s.
Major evasion - Both shuffle and the nb skill. Reduce it to like 15% and change the way it works, currently if you shuffle dodge something you dodge everything for like .5s, so if you weave or such and they dodge your light attack they then proceed to dodge you skill and bash as well...
Pretty sure there is more but i can't remember them yet.

Dark deal can only be used a few times before you're out of magicka.
Embers is the only thing magdk has going for it. Nerf makes it even more useless.
Incap is fine, not so much a problem. Everybody knows how to counter it by now.
The only things i agree with are poisons and black rose and the major evasion duration. The chance is fine because it has a decent cost to cast, same as a shield. It needs to dodge 1 attack and only one. It should not have a .5s window that dodges EVERYTHING.

I agree that everything on the OP list needs to be adjusted. The problem is they all need tender love and care with how they are tweaked... But that is not ZOS' way. If they ever do try to understand the problems with their game and get around to doing something, they will make it all 100x worse.
We should all give up hope in the ESO combat team because those guys just don't get it. Worst designers in the industry. Apathy is king at ZOS.

He's got a point though, this is likely the only game that gets progressively worse each patch.
