...that 90% of the leaders in this game are female? Thiefes Guild, Dark Brotherhood, all the Pirates, Fighters Guild, Aldmeri Dominion and those are the only ones i have encountered. Is this real or is the Aldmeri Dominion just the most *** alliance?

It's certainly not inconceivable however that the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood have woman leaders. Look at Astrid in Skyrim as an example.Sweetrolls for all!

AD: female
DC: male
EP: male
Fighters Guild: female succeeded by male
Mages Guild: both. Formally Vanus, but Valaste's a local sort of-leader we interact with.
Thieves Guild: female (I'm not sure if I should count Nicolas, he's a very recent leader and still an important part of the questline)
Dark Brotherhood: female/both. The matron of the sanctuary is female, but the Speaker is male.
Undaunted: no formal leader, local groups are mixed
6 males to 5 females so far, but it depends on how you count it. Either way the numbers will be about equal. Moving on to the leaders of each nation.
Bretons: multiple kingdoms
Redguards: male
(Wrothgar) Orcs: male succeeded by male
Dunmer: the Tribunal's joint rule: one female, one male, one intersex
Nords: male
Argonians: the Hist? We could count Vicecanon Heita-Meen, I suppose.
Altmer: female
Bosmer: male king, joint spiritual rule: male and female
Khajiit: male succeeded by female

- High Rock is not one nation of Bretons, but a variety of Kingdoms and City States. Therefore, it has multiple leaders: King of Daggerfall, Duke of Camlorn, Baron of Northpoint, Queen of Evermore,... It's only due to the Covenant being formed that it has a High King: Emeric.
- Bosmer have a king, currently King Camoran. But the Bosmer in Greenshade obey only the Winderking/Wilderqueen. Then there's the Silvenar, who represents the Spirit of the Bosmer and can be either male of female iirc. The Green Lady is the otherside, representing the ferocity of the Bosmer"Stand strong, stay true and shelter all."

✭✭✭✭I was just about to add King Camoran. :P Yeah, a lot of the races don't form one unified country at this point, so it's hard to pick one leader. We often have spiritual leaders at best - I'd count those, but you're right that it doesn't work for Bretons. I might check the ones that appear in ESO later. As for Dunmer Great Houses, do we know any grandmasters other than Indoril and Dres?
