Should I join Fighters guild if I'm heal?

Hello!

As the tittle says, I'm Breton templar heal and I wonder if I should join fighters guild and why. I'm a little bit lost and dont know what can I win late game if I join, right now seems useless I dont want that kind of skils.

Yes. Doing so not only unlocks a great storyline but gives you access to passives which are good for any build or class.

There is no reason not too. Don't look at it like other elder scroll titles.

Yes, you should. There is no absolutely downside to joining, and plenty of upside (the FG skill line's gain-ultimate-when-a-Daedra-dies passive is very good to have). You don't need to do any of the FG quests if they don't interest you. But at least unlock the skill line so that you can start leveling it up (it levels up through the killing of undead or Daedra) and slowly getting to the point where you can get the passives from the skill line.

Similarly, all skill-line guilds (Mage's, Fighters, Undaunted, Thieves [DLC] and Dark Brotherhood [DLC]) carry no downsides to joining.

Yes there is absolutely no downside to unlocking all of the extra skill lines. While most of those skills may not help you now if you decide to change to stam dd they would be needed and available.

No reason not to unlock them so you are gaining experience for it as you go.

join every guild- do every quest- at least the first time around with your main character. its a great storyline- it dosent imply fighter as in "you must be a fighter" to join - in the old sense of elder scroll games. there are passives and quests for all the guild s that will benefit you throughout- and joining all the guilds will help

Passives are useful and ring of preservation can be useful on a healer, and if you ever dps rearming trap is awesome

Like other have said, don't worry about missing stuff/making poor choices in this game. Aside from your class, there is very little you can't change later in the game if you want.

The first passive unlocks the Intimidate passive, which lets you bypass some quest busywork just like the Mages Guild persuade ; Trap Beast grants Minor Force, which you can use while trying to level up PvP for Guard in you want the buff. Another passive grants Ultimate for killing Undead or Daedra, which is definitely useful.

When I first started playing I wouldn't join someone's guild when they asked me because, as I told them, "I've discovered the Fighters Guild, the Mages Guild and the Undaunted one. If there's a max of 5 guilds you can join I don't want to accidentally exclude other guilds I haven't stumbled into yet!"

Ah, noob days.

You can join, though if your character is magica build, you may not find the stamina-derived skills very useful... so don't spend skill points on them. The passives though can be useful for anyone, though... (although, I never take "intimidate" with my unintimidating characters, but that is lil ole roleplayer me...)

Yes, you want the first passive to speed up quests where otherwise you run in circles for a bit.

There is also a passive where you get ult for killing undead and daedra. Helps when leveling and healers also put out dps in every content, even vet trials so it is possible to gain extra ult this way ( though trials do not have many daedra).
