I want them to get rid of all the classes and just have skill lines.It would be cool to have another class that had heals, though, if we are talking about adding classes.
I would personally prefer to see classes removed completely. Keep all the skill lines of course, but allow us to just build our own classes. Then add in skill lines instead of new classes.
One example would be that I would really like a bard class, so a couple musical-type skill lines would be awesome, and then add musical instruments. Pipes, Lutes, and other wooden instruments can add to woodworking craftibles.

If it was up to me I'd completely change the templar so that it focused on self heals rather than group heals and favoured a more tankier role. Maybe keep the group cleansing abilities but not have it being the best healer class in the game. For the best healer class I'd add an optional healing subclass to the sorcerer which has a breath of life style spell.
WARDEN
Oh wait I already posted on this thread.
But I want the Warden to be brought back to the game. I saw the datamining with its skills and got super hyped.
I need it for ice ice baby purposes.

Lot's of people say warden, but everyone probably has a different idea of what it would be in game. So people stating Warden really doesn't mean much at all.

Lol sorry (to you too @Abeille )just purely going off of the elder scrolls series as I haven't played much of other mmos. I'd much prefer assassin, monk, or spellsword.Khaos_Bane wrote: »Stoopid_Nwah wrote: »Not if I'm stuck with something as lame as bard lol.
Hey now. The bard class was my favorite class to play in any MMO ever. The Bard of the original Everguest was absolutely amazing.

Sorcerer (Dark Mag/Daedric/lightning/ + weapon skills/ + guild skills/ + vamp/werewolf)
Dragonknight (Ardent/ Draconic/ Earthen/ + weapon skills/ + guild skills/ + vamp/werewolf)
Templar (Aedric/Dawn/Restoring/ + weapon skills/ + guild skills/ + vamp/werewolf)
Nightblade (Assassination/ Shadow/ Siphon / +weapon skills/ + guild skills/ + vamp/werewolf)
Much like how we can morph our skills, perhaps maybe the ability to morph our primary classes?
Sorcerer > Warlock/Witch > Necromancer
Dragonknight > Guardian > Berserker
Templar > Paladin > Druid
Nightblade > Bard > Archer
Warlock/Witches = Primary skills would be only of dark magic/morphs of current dark magic skills
Necromancers = Primary skills would be that of summoning the dead/daedric + blood magic
Guardians = More taunting/tanking abilities
Berserkers = Less taunting/tanking, more dps
Paladins = less heals, more tanking/buffing
Druid = no tanking, more heals/buffing
Bards = buffing/ more assassinating/siphoning skills
Archers = class specific bow skills to compliment weapon skills??
Just had these ideas in mind, yes I know many forum posts are created for the mentioning of classes, yes I know many will say no because it will "throw the balance of the game off".
Thoughts?
I think a tamer or charmer class would be fun. Allow us to tame/charm mobs in the world to act as our combat pets.
And Guess what the Vampirism in this game is even more evil, at least for Necromancer's the long deceased don't feel anything, where as for the vampires, your not becoming one by accident, By becoming one your accepting the fact your going to Prey on Mortals as food.Bigevilpeter wrote: »Necromancer-Druid equivalent
Necromancy is evil and illegal ! Stop asking for it over and over again ^^

Always this boring debate. No new classes please.
Balance the ones we have, seems to be enough of a task.
