Bahraha's Curse Set

If I understood the patch notes correctly, the Bahraha's Curse set is now an overland drop set in Hew's Bane. Previously this set was only available in infused, divines, and reinforced. Does this set now drop in all other traits as well with One Tamriel? I'd like to try this out on my heavy armor mag nb in pvp, but the lack of this coming in impenetrable before kept me from using it.

Impenetrable is rare but it does drop, try farming the boss in the delve called "bahraha's gloom" they also drop a fair bit if you complete a heist's bonus objective without running out of time as you get unidentified equipment of bahraha's curse or syvarra's scales.

I was not lying about the impenetrable because my light shoes of bahraha's curse have the impenetrable trait (I'll be sure to post a screenshot tomorrow when I get time & put it in this comment to prove it.)
If you see me anywhere. Know that I am sitting back with a bag of popcorn, watching as ESO burns the goodwill of its player base with practices that only disrespects the players time like it did to me and many others...

It seems this set no longer drops in heavy too. Either that or I'm just unlucky and dropped 11 pieces of light in a row.

it does drop in heavy but it usually comes from unidentified equipment gained from completing heists without running out of time.

Generally for most pieces you want rienforced, specially the chest piece as it gives the most armor. For imp you would definately want to use for belt and gloves as they are the lowest armor bonus item, the rest of pieces inbetween do give a good amount of armor and the rienfroced bonus is a good chunk more but i guess its your call.

I completed my set in heavy doing treasure maps, overworld chests and the world bosses drop weapons pretty regularly.

I had very little luck trying to buy it in guild stores.

I'd like to know where the purple jewelry comes from, I've only ever gotten drops in blue but I have very occasionally seen purple ones for astronomical prices in guild stores.

Hew's bane event activities (world bosses, enemy targets, chests, and delves) all drop bahraha's curse in any armor slot in light armor, shields, and any weapon, as well as any trait. Doing main quest line or heists will have coffers that drop any slot, any trait, any armor weight.

guess I'll be farming up heists then. and I havent even finished the thieves guild quest so might as well. Thanks for the info

    Treasure chests and treasure maps.
:( That's just evil. At this rate I'll never replace my blue jewelry.

But the stat difference between the blue and purple jewelry is negligible. Also, the purple ones will only be arcane. If you want healthy or robust Bahraha jewelry (e.g., for tanking), then they will always be blue and are available only via quest/heist coffers.

Yeah, I wasn't planning to farm for them, just slowly replace them if I happen to find better ones. But if Healthy only comes in blue, then that's one less thing to worry about. :)

there is already a poll as to whether anyone wishes to see jewellery improvement & so far, about 70%+ people have voted yes, who knows, if zenimax implement it, you could be walking away with gold jewellery of bahraha's curse.

Zenimax doesn't care about forum polls.
