How many seige do you carry?

I generally carry 40 to 60 seige weapons at all times, not including the stackable door and wall repair kits. A typical 3 hour session will see me also drop 2 to 5 respawn tents primarily for randoms.

Anyway, I was just kind of wondering how far past normal my seige count is?

I carry over ten different sets for different purposes, several monster sets, tons of incomplete set items and lots of potions and random mats I pick. Don't really have any space more than 10-15.

Depends on how many of them you're using. 4-5 camps, 8 oils and 5 ballistas, 5 stone trebs should be more than enough.

Though tbf I still have 79 Battering Rams in my inventory from when I was drunk and took roleplaying as "Covenant Siege Merchant" way too seriously.

4 each of: stone trebs, regular ballista, oil pots, meat cats, oil cats and fire ballista. Several stacks of wall and door repair.

Usually a couple of cold fire as well, but I don't make a habit of running to a dolmen for more if I don't have any.

Not many but I mostly drop them for others while I watch the flanks. I usually buy 10-15 when I re-up.

I keep two of siege of every essential type by default, 4 if I know whats coming. It's really quite a lot in my inventory. Would be great if they would go in the craft bag.

Between 20 to 40. Depending on how much storage I have.

I run 4 sieges most the time, and if someone takes one I just pop up more. My goal is to get the walls down.

Last night I lost around 30 sieges :(

Despite me apparently being a condescending pve carebear type, I have about 6ea stone and fire trebs, a few fire ballista and a cold fire on my main, and roughly the same amount on my Templar.

My numbers of siege just fluctuate depending on if we are spending more time sieging/defending or more time out in open field.

    Hahaha. Thanks.

    Usually my count is ...

20 stone trebs (I will go through these in a night no problem if I'm taking keeps)

10 fire ballistas for wall defense or shooting into Zergs

    10 standard ballistas for doors

    3 to 5 rams

    3 to 5 oil pots

Various cold fire stuff that I seem to hoard

Usually 1 of every other seige just because.

    I like to be prepared!

4 is hard to do at once! I can do 3 trebs no problem but that forth one always seems to get me into trouble.

About 15 or so of each because my PvP Toons don't really carry much of anything else so they have max bags with nothing else in them.

This reminds me ... I would love it if ZOS added a name plate to your seige. For example, above a respawn camp it just said "THEDKEXPERIENCE's Tent".

At least then people would know who those 20 people on each alliance providing 90% of the seige weapons were!

It really isn't that hard. Put one in front, move back a little, set another one down and 2 trebs on the sides ( a shape of a diamond ). The only problem I have had lately is the line of sight not working correctly. I will hop on a siege and hop off and hop back on and some times just fire it so I can move to another one.

But if everything works properly 4 sieges close together works great. Some call me 'Chef Emily' because I can basically prep/flag everything :)

A dozen Stone Trebs, six Fire Ballista, five Oils Pots, 3 Forward Camps, and a partridge in a pear tree.

I also bring a couple hundred wall repair kits, and will pick up door repair as needed.

    3 stone trebs
3 fire ballistae (coldharbour if available)
    2 oil pots
20 stone wall repairs (more in Blackwater Blade; since standard DC protocol is players don't carry wall repair kits)
    1 iceball treb
    1 lightning ballista
    1 forward camp

I carry 2: flaming oils, ballistas, fire ballistas and cold fire ballistas on each character, plus plenty of seige repair kits and soul gems...I have trebs, rarely slot and use them or catapults - unless there's someone on a wall that for whatever reason I really want to get at...

I've noticed most of the folks using trebs are groupies and guilds...running solo a lot, it's more important that I can set up and tear down really quickly...

I generally only carry one each of oil, ballista, trebuchet and catapult. For me, PvP is more of a something to do for a change of pace sort of thing, so that's really all I need.

This thread makes me wonder why I can never sell any of my PvP Siege stuff that I pick up puttering around in Cyrodiil.

I list it in Guild Stores for what I think is a cheap price, it always times out after 30 days and end up destroying it.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Yeah, don't bother. A good PVPer can get 50k AP in an hour or two. That right there is enough for more than 20 stone trebs.

So, that said, you're trying to sell a product to a group of people who get the product essential for free already. PVE only players have no use for it as well leaving you with no market.

If you want to make gold you're better off selling PVP rewards because PVE players have no access to things like Viscious Death gloves.

Usually I PvP on my healer, so she doesn't use siege, she focuses on the health bars of the people standing behind the siege since they are somewhat stationary targets. I would rather they be able to do what they do and only have to worry about the health bar of the siege they are using.

I usually carry 3-5 with me anyway, of various types, in case others in my group forgot (or lose) theirs.

I don't really carry much with me, which is why I need to buy stuff every evening. And then I'll put it into my guildbank which is why there is like 350-400 siege weapons in there. :/
