People who queue for a role that can't handle should be kicked from a group ASAP and without any other explanation. I'm totally OK with somebody that can fill more than one role, who changes his gear and skills to fit his chosen role, but a DD that has no shield and taunt on the bar and queues as tank, or has not even a healing staff or other healing spells and queues as a healer should not even be allowed to run in that dungeon.

Group finder experience yesterday on Xbox one:
Join vet city of Ash pledge, the group was stuck at ash titan when I joined.
Me stam dk tank(max cp): although haven't played properly in past couple months: had boss taunted constantly, as well as the multiple air atronarchs (spinny things.) Whilst I had to self heal and keep my resources up and DPS.
My dps 15k-20k but could not always attack due to resource management and having to heal, tank etc.
186 dps- mag nightblade, looked like he was ok but still learning and needed better gear, had a better rotation than other 2 but was super squishy and die quickly, due to no healer and I'm guessing wearing all light armour. 10k dps I guess but was dead mostly.
195 healer - was a stamina nightblade, didn't even have vigour slotted. Light attacked with bow(only weapon I saw him use) until assassin proc and reapeat - 2k dps I guess. Also he didn't Rez if others died.
554 dps - Stam sorc with the Centurian pvp title, I thought yay maybe he has dps... nope. He was probably about 5k dps, although he managed to vigour himself and res the other low dps/fake healer. He just stood in the distance with hurricane whilst spamming poison injection and light attacks nothing else, oh he also spammed power surge at least 3 times in 15 secs.
We did it first try but it took ages.. at least 20 min maybe 30 min.
I didn't die but I had to be constantly self healing, attacking, and taunting multiple enemies.
After we beat him, one wrote in chat "good tanking". I wrote "sorry guys don't have time, dps is to low, good luck"
Yes maybe not nice but I know it was impossible to beat Skoria with them in the current setups they all had, also I had to go out too.
Felt I had to vent this. I've had many worse experiences, many better.
But why are people so bad at this game?
Just go in a dungeon spamming light attack, do they not get bored of spamming 1 button?
TLDR - people need to L2P
Your fault! All your fault!
Here are the steps you were supposed to do
1, after jumped into dungeon. Stay, dont move, and take a look at the group list.
2, kick the 186 dps, queue a new guy.
3, After queue the new guy, kick the 195 healer, queue another new guy.
4, Check the group list again, make sure no one's cp is lower then 350. Otherwise, do kick again.

Enter the group qued as a DD to find a tank using DW and Bow. Never one to judge and with a it's a group finder dungeon and an easy at that; how bad can be attitude we get started.
Had group wipes at every boss along the way but recovered after each so not the most fun PUG group but by far not my worst experience, plus by now I'm dying to see the last boss fight with the backstab, bleed, and steel tornado of dagger of doom.
We finally get there I make sure to read the scroll because hey self torture is only good if you go all the way. You half ass yourself you will always question if you could take or not.
Four wipes later I ask in chat, Any chance our tank can actually tank? Lo and behold to my wondering eyes do appear a sword and shield and and immoveable and dragon skin but as I'm watching this glorious change from average DD to glorious tank right in front of my eyes I notice his health went from 17.5 K to a paltry 16.8 K during this transformation. I chuckled on the inside and cried on the outside.
The poor man walks up the sneaky backstabbing little "B" that she is smaks her in the face and promptly gets to be fair two shotted. This happens theee more times before the person leaves of their own accord.
We wait, we wait, we wait and soneone invited a tank. In all his CP81 glory, no judgment here folks, I was proud to have an actual real I want to be a tank tank regardless of CP.
His introduction of himself began with this, "Oh hey guys the only way I've been able to beat this boss is if I run around the stone pillar and you DPS her while I run". Not a ringing self endorsement but we have a tank, let's get some keys.
Four wipes later, he says this. " Hey let me change skills I'm going to put on Werewolf so I can tank better". I'm thinking stam regen doesn't help you in block but hey, he pays his sub I pay mine he wants to slot werewolf slot werewolf.
The next run is going well all things considered boss at half health he proclaims, "She's at half health, I'm going wolf". I literally screamed like a 12 year old school girl who just discovered boy bands "nooooooooooo" and I was you guessed it to late he was already growling and slashing and pouncing like a werewolf lord for about six seconds. Followed by a death and group wipe.
So because I'm obviously to dumb to know not to ask, "why did you do that". Response "I get more health (false) I'm more tanky (slightly true) I have more stam (true) and I have these cool pets to help me tank (also true)". In true I shouldn't have fashion I ask "How did all that work out for you?"
So an hour later I turn in the pledge for two keys.
For those who say this game is to easy, you just don't PUG, you don't interact with a good 80% or so of the citizens of Tamriel, and you miss so many wonderful stories and lessons.
Like slotting werewolf helps you tank.

I was the tank cp330, friend was dps cp170 we used activity finder to do a random normal and it lumped us with a lvl 12 dps and a lvl 24 healer. I told my friend what the hell maybe they have a bunch of cp.

I'm max level healer and our tank is going like crazy, bashing the boss, I'm healing, buffing, debuffing, ele drain, shards, orbs, you name it. We are like 5 minutes into this fight and the boss is at 86% health. 4 minutes later, and we are all running low on resources, and the boss is at 71% health, the tank misses a bash and we all wipe. The 160cp DPS starts saying, "The healer and the tank both suck! Which one of you isn't doing your job?" I left that group too, but I was triggered.
