If I had to heal the PuGs I often times get as tank I would break a few of those resto staves hitting them in the head after the n-th wipe to AoE

✭✭✭✭Not sure if it was mentioned but even though the end boss is the only one that will drop rings/weapons there is also a chance that a prior boss will drop a uniquely named weapon or ring of the same set. For example the daedroth boss on COA II can drop spell weave weapons. I really hate that we can't just buy these. 2.5m gold and nothing to buy. Literally went from farming VMA to farming trash a trash dungeon that is way to darn long. (COA)
If anyone finds out which boss drops a uniquely named spell weave shield PM me.Retired.

Well then, the forums best be ready for each and every post along the way, because Khajiit shall do this until the end.
Maybe ZOS can use this information so that they can improve the loot drop. SMART loot drops need to be smart and maybe such an example can help this.
No staff weapons are needed in the Dreugh King Slayer set (and many other STAMINA WEAPON DAMAGE sets), which would immediately remove 32 drops from the Loot Table. That would leave the 8 traits for Axe, 2H Axe, Dagger, Mace, 2H Mace, Sword, 2H Sword and a Bow. This is still a 1 in 64 chance of the 'perfect' drop but at least it's logical.
With the Spider cultist only dropping in staff weapons their loot table for weapons is 32 items. Much more of a reasonable drop range.
Change the Dreugh Kings totem out for a dagger or 1H weapon in precise for the DKS set. Dreugh Kings Totem is a decon item at BEST. Khajiit requests based on the logic. This one will even do the beg if it makes a difference (Khajiit usually reserves this for the natch potes but seems appropriate.)

✭✭✭✭✭I feel your pain, @OneKhajiitCrimeWave. I have been playing ESO practically every day since PC early release. I liked One Tamriel when it first came out. Now I hate it. It is just one big, giant grind fest. The grind has never been this bad. Run in circles killing World Bosses, or Dolmens, or dungeon bosses. It is not fun. At all. It is repetitive, boring, and you never get what you want. It was pretty easy to find groups at first with guildies and friends, but now everyone is sick to death of doing the same thing over and over and over again. It is just soul-crushing.
We are not talking some ultra rare super powerful weapons that make you do 100,000 DPS. We are talking pretty-good-but-definitely-not-BiS weapons. Just stuff to fill out sets for our good but not amazing builds. Why is this stuff so brutally difficult to get?3 -
