For the first time ever I don't have an issue with ZOS fixing Cyrodiil lag anymore. They simply found another solution and decided to implement it.
One Tamriel has finally allowed for the removal of legit PvP in Cyrodiil and even spread the lag to PvE Trials.
Cyrodiil itself is empty af and full of groups of cancerous no-skill players who all want to prove they're better than the next group of cancerous no-skill players. All of the truly skilled players have pretty much quit PvP because these days you can have great players get killed by terrible players who have access to OP Heavy Armor/Proc sets.... these are the same weaklings they used to 1vX because skill was once the most prevalent factor in a fight. Now 2v1 can become near impossible against correctly setup Heavy Armor builds. Stalemates in Duels are also happening constantly now.
Can PvP be saved? Absolutely 100% yes it can! Hopefully Q1 2017 (Player Housing/Balancing) actually does this like ZOS says it will.
Can PvP win back the players it has lost since Dark Brotherhood (Stamina becoming over the top) or the many players quitting since One Tamriel (numerous PvP rage quits by new players getting oneshotted all the time fromViper/Velidreth/Tremorscale/Widowmaker)? Doubt it..... Back at console launch many players quit due to PC transfers killing them. One Tamriel's PvP is significantly worse. I wouldn't want to continue playing a game where I was literally a walking orb of 20Ult for any decent player.
Idk..... I'm just another disappointmented player at this point. PvE is really great atm but PvP is in such a rough shape it makes me sad
you think viper/viel/tremor/widowmaker is bad, you have yet to see infinite dmg shield pet sorcs0 dmg to them and 4 pets on you GG
4 petsIs there an exploit? I remember reading about having 2 clannfears/familars or something like that if you bug it out somehow. Is that what you mean?

This, and have at least 27K health is the way to go in PvP right now. the damage output is a little high these days.

No, he is talking about shadowrend and atro. It's actually a pretty strong build.

EDIT: ignore radiant etc, just this viper ***! this is free additional same damage like surprise attack, this is sick the biggest fail of the created sets able to use on pvp

Have you tried playing a magick sorcerer in heavy armor? Its worse than playing in light. Magick sorc doesnt have enough burst damage output to compete, your just gona last a few seconds longer but never kill anything
People still play Magicka Sorcerer in PvP? I would have thought the would have re-rolled to another class or re-spec'ed to stamina by now.

Try Azura/Trueflame. Get rekt by massive 24 player zergs where 20 of them use destro ultis, 10 wear infernal guardian, 5 wear grothdarr and then speak about stam based proc sets. On crowded maps there is only one way for a stamina based NB or DK to kill anything, and that is proc sets. How on Nirn should stealthy chars play against fore mentioned zergs?
And the most beautiful thing I saw lately are infernal guardian users that go below alessia bridge and still hit anyone on it with that set's 2 pc passive lol.
You know, when you are constantly kille by something, you don't come and complain in the forum about it, you go and l2p, git gud and try to counter it. There is a lot of ways to counter proc sets like shields for magicka and dodge rolls/major evasion for staminas.
This is why we can't have nice things, people complains literally about everything. For the eight.

Yeah one is ok (if you get caught out with your shields down) but zerging defies the point of being stealthy. It's supposed to be quick in and out one shot kill and hope that you're stealthy enough to get away before his mates see you. If it was up to me id get rid of zerg bombing all together. It's cheap, nasty and requires very little skill.

Zerg bombing keeps me amused and doesn't affect me as zerging takes all the enjoyment and skill out of the game.
If your going to pvp only to just steam roll around in a 40 man group then why even gear? Make as well just go naked and light attack people to death, to wont change the skill level of it and barely change what zergers do in the first place.
Zerging stops people becoming better players sadly.
Want to buy a set with a 75% chance to reflect set procs.

im in the na server, we can duel anytime you want. See if ur all talk or actually have some skill
Oh sure, as soon as I tell you my ping doesn't go under 700, you want to have a slapfight to prove who's right.
Listen buddy, I could have gone the "lel git gud l2p gg no re" route, and left it at that.
I didn't.
Instead, I've been trying to show you that it is possible to beat these builds, it just takes solid building of your own, as well as practice against these individual builds, exclusively.
Am I going to teach you how? No. Otherwise you'll just be relying on people to build and practice for you.
Take it or leave it, if I see you ingame, I'll happily duel you. But it'll be for practice, not pride.
You contradicting yourself and showing us all. first you say you have no problem with the strongest meta builds in the game with your satellite 700ping service, then you say you cant duel because your satellite 700ping service and it would be an injustice to you.
Not only that but you keep saying how you are trying to help by providing no help. Yes of course these guys can be beaten, ive beaten plenty of them, thats not the issue, the issue is that these sets do not have a place in open world pvp or dueling for that matter. These sets are meant for PVE DD and should stay that way.
Funny, didn't you say in a previous post that these proc builds that "kill you instantly" were impossible to beat?
And yet you've beaten them with such regularity, you say.
What's the problem?
no, i said you can not counter RNG proc sets. there is a paper trail buddy, dont make it up
If you can't counter them, how is it possible to beat them? I'm not quoting verbatim because I'm on my phone.
i dont understand what you dont understand
Why the duck is Ambush hitting harder than Surprise Attack?

Why the duck is Ambush hitting harder than Surprise Attack?
From stealth
Guaranteed Crit
No Impen
The better question is why do you post a screen cap of getting ganked by a NB from stealth obviously in PVE Gear or no Impen and call it news.
Heck this could have been a staged duel setup just to see how much heat you could get.
