Are you replying to the original emails or creating new ones? Are you using the same ticket number or creating new ones?
Players have the most success getting past the Helpbots by replying to the emails rather than sending new ones. It seems an email chain has to be replied to a number of times (2 or 3?) before a human looks at it.
