Not Receiving Access Code E-mail

I haven't played ESO since shortly after release and decided to come back and give it another shot. Unfortunately, when I try to log in to my account it requires an access code now, but I've not received any e-mails with said code. I've checked my spam box and there's nothing there either. I tried to send a support ticket, but it required the same access code. When trying to use the possibly compromised account option, it required the answer to my secret question without actually asking the question, which I've forgotten since it's been roughly 2 years (I guessed at what the question was based on the options when creating a new account, reference number is 161005-002043 if that helps). Is there any way to get my account back?

    One of my friends cannot confirm his account after registration. No any confirmation emails. May you help him? What he must to do for resolving his issue?

    I too have this issue. I can log into forum and the game fine, When I attempt to log into My Account web page I receive a request to enter validation code sent to my email however email never arrived, Incident: 161009-000586. I have set the 2 donotreply@... to always allowed in spam filter+assassin.

    My issue was resolved through the ticket system pretty quickly @Kaspar so I'd suggest using that. The customer support team really is top notch.

    I do indeed have a ticket in. Ricky's on the job and looking into it. Perhaps after today's maintenance though.

    I'm having the same problem, I managed to submit a ticket. The funny thing is, I had to reset my forum password because its been a long time since I played last and the email to do that came through. I guess I'll give it another day or so, then I'll find something else to play.

    Getting same issue. I can logon to the forums but not the game or site without the code. Makes it hard to return to a game you left a long time ago if you cannot login due to a code from the company. I know my password. Seems to me the email system that sends codes might be an issue. Never had this happen in the past with this game.

    Same problem here, I've been waiting for a verification email for 3 hours now when in the past it always arrived in a few minutes. I've tried all the steps on the support page but nothing helps.

    Submit a ticket via the link mentioned above and let them know what your current email address is. My issue was resolved eventually. It turned out that I had changed my email address on my account page but it hadn't gone through in their system. I had deleted the previous email from my email account so I suppose the validation code email was just going nowhere. Even after re-adding the previous email address to my email account it still did not work, perhaps their system flagged it as not valid.

    Thanks I already raised a case.

    My account email hasn't been changed in months and even last week I was still receiving the automated emails OK so that's not the problem but thanks for your help anyway :)
