I haven't played ESO since shortly after release and decided to come back and give it another shot. Unfortunately, when I try to log in to my account it requires an access code now, but I've not received any e-mails with said code. I've checked my spam box and there's nothing there either. I tried to send a support ticket, but it required the same access code. When trying to use the possibly compromised account option, it required the answer to my secret question without actually asking the question, which I've forgotten since it's been roughly 2 years (I guessed at what the question was based on the options when creating a new account, reference number is 161005-002043 if that helps). Is there any way to get my account back?
