I requested posted a topic for crown sale during/before witch's festival earlier last month and I think zos heard the plea, many thanks. Though i still have to deposit money in my card and it takes 2 banking days in my country so how long would the sale last? anyone got a duration for it?

    I'd like to know how long the sale is for as well. Tried searching for that little crucial tidbit of information on the website, but no luck :/ Hope to hear back before the end of the sale lol ;)

    If the sale runs through October 25, why does it seem to be over now?
    I thought if it ran through October 25, that it would run until evening (Bethesda time)?

    You should have. "Through" means until the last second of 11:59 PM, usually Pacific Time.

    They cut it short sooooooo their loss.

    ZOS takes down the account/store portion of their website when they enable and disable these sales. The maintenance announcement at the top of the forum saying that the account/store will go down for maintenance at 10 AM EDT is your best indicator of when the actual ending time is.

    Did anyone get an error when trying to purchase crowns during this sale? I have purchased several crowns in the past with no problems (just transfer money from my account to my visa debit and voila) but this time I find this error:

    According the Bethesda the payment did not go through.
    According to my bank the payment went through.

    Feeling kind of cheated here...

    Send through support your transaction papers or forward email if you have them to Bethesda< not this but ZeniMax Online Studios (Zos). If Zos didn't acknowledge the payment then it's time to call the bank to look through the transaction and get a refund.
