We're not loud it's just that you are incapable of formulating any arguments to begin with so please don't try to make that look like some act of intellect to not be engaged in discussion. Because then I don't know what you're doing on a forum.
And no, "I pay money" is not a reason to persist on imbalance". The point of every mmo / pvp game is to have balance. You literally don't understand the issues with this game but feel the need to take some sort of position anyways. Which in this case is hating on more invested / hardcore players players because they probably want to make the game unplayable and can't possibly know whats good with all their knowledge and experience. Why not make some meaningful posts instead trying to shut people up with incorrectly used quotes?

Every time there is something that makes PvE builds fun and a bit silly that make me laugh, do PvPers shout "cancer-build" nerf it now?
Can you just please stop it and let the majority of the people who play this game have some fun?
I don't care for your "oh you have no skill" bs...when I see something pop up from the ground or a giant hand close around some NPCs it makes me laugh...i play this game because it is just that...a game...it is meant to be fun and relaxing...it is not meant to be work
sit back, relax, play the game and let it bring a smile to your face

Think about it.
Hardcore PVP players are a very small portion of the player base. They do complain loudly though.
Hardcore PvEers are also just as rare and complain just as loud. Everyone who is a hardcore player wants the game to be balanced just look at all the hardcore PvEers complaining about stamina DPS. The only happy players are questers and role players. But we can't listen to them about balance because all they do is fight trash mobs
The questers and Roleplayers also paid for the game and should have a voice in how the game is handled.
Simply because you think their opinion does not matter does not make concerns invalid.

They do - it's called 'Battle Spirit'. That's why we get 50% weaker shields, healing, damage and 5k more HP. I don't know why they are so reluctant in changing some abilities/sets to work differently on this buff so it doesn't affect PVE.

They should most definitely have a voice and if I needed advice on what cool mount to get or wanted info on the history of wood elfs they would be the first person I would go too, but if I need info on balance I'm going to go to someone who partakes in end game PvE or PvP. The hardcore players are the ones doing all the"difficult" content so they no what's broken. Even more so PVPers know what's broken because they have to fight against it.
I don't hate you, but if your AI controlled monsters could wear these sets you'd know what we're talking about.
Ok... I guess I'll say it again. ZOS NEEDS TO BALANCE PVP AND PVE SEPARATELY! There's no reason for skills and gear sets to mostly function the same in PvP and PvE. It seems pretty obvious to me this is what should be done, but apparently it's not to everyone else.

Can you just please stop it and let the people who are actually impacted by balance have some balance?
I don't care for your "oh its fun for me to faceroll content even quicker" bs...when I see something pop up from the ground or a giant hand close around me killing me in one hit, it makes the game unsatisfying to play...i play this game because it is just that...a game...it is meant to be fun and challenging...it is not meant to be a game of luck and people with better gear dominating everybody else.
You can't sit back, relax, play the game and let it bring a smile to your face when you are dying to RNG and overpowered proc sets.
I fixed your post for you, OP.

Problem is Tremorscale, Selene, Velidreth with respectively too much chance to proc, insignificant cooldown and insane damage. Given that all the fotm builds combine it with black rose and viper, it gives you the equivalent of god mode in this game.
as I wrote it in other thread about pvp balance etc....
just remove monster sets from pvp areas, they are that much cancerous combined with other sets, problem solved

If PvP population really represents that large of a population then make another game of it entirely and give them something of their own entirely.
