Constantly getting kicked out of dungeon group

I'm constantly getting kicked the moment a group is formed via the dungeon finder for a normal dungeon because I'm the only low-level and the healer.
The people that kick me usually have a high champion level.

Now I really couldn't care less about them kicking me - but what irks me is the fact that I have to wait the full 15min before I can queue again.

There really should be some sort of grace period preventing the group to immediately kick someone upon the formation of the group.

They should get rid of the 15 minute wait period. They did it because a bunch of people cried. It's stupid programming for stupid players.

Come on people, at least give the OP a 5-minute chance to prove themselves on a normal dungeon before you kick. I'm no dungeon pro but I have seen as low as a level 17 healer do a fine job in a normal non-DLC dungeon run with higher level players.

Remembering better days of less RNG in all the things.

Why bother: as long as you can kick a low-level without any penalty you just repeat this process until you get someone with a high champion level.
High champion level = higher chance of him being useful due to having better/more stats compared to a fresh low-level even he doesn't understand anything.

Or something along those lines: I am unable to understand such people.
