Constantly getting kicked out of dungeon group

I'm constantly getting kicked the moment a group is formed via the dungeon finder for a normal dungeon because I'm the only low-level and the healer.
The people that kick me usually have a high champion level.
Now I really couldn't care less about them kicking me - but what irks me is the fact that I have to wait the full 15min before I can queue again.
There really should be some sort of grace period preventing the group to immediately kick someone upon the formation of the group.

✭✭Come on people, at least give the OP a 5-minute chance to prove themselves on a normal dungeon before you kick. I'm no dungeon pro but I have seen as low as a level 17 healer do a fine job in a normal non-DLC dungeon run with higher level players.Happy All the Holidays To You and Yours!

Why bother: as long as you can kick a low-level without any penalty you just repeat this process until you get someone with a high champion level.
High champion level = higher chance of him being useful due to having better/more stats compared to a fresh low-level even he doesn't understand anything.
