Why game launch fresh? my all 7 Char gone.....

I was playing in EU server 2 hours ago and now i launch game again and Found myself at character creation page. Where is all my 7 characters? How to bring them back?

You got defaulted to the NA Server. Its something thats been happening for all the EU players.

It's accidentally logging you into NA. Open up the game. Switch server to NA. Accept. Change server to EU. Wait until announcement section says EU then log in.

They are gone forever. No chance for recovery. You need to update your signature for your new characters. Good luck!

Click on Server: Choose Live. Go Back to Login
Click again on Server: Choose Live EU. Go back to Login
Login, you should be back on EU server

In launcher its not going back to EU. I can see NA only, I selected EU many time.

2 Hours ago everything was fine, I followed instruction from pinned post by Gina (I think that was Gina post). According to that Thread, I needed to select server from in game menu but now everything gone.

So This is not my fault, In game menu my server is EU but I am welcomed by NA server..

The red text takes a while to change.

You just have to go to Server, click Live, back login, back to server, click Live EU and then you should be able to login on EU right away.

In game (not in the launcher) change it to "live" and click accept... Then click on server again and select live Eu, click accept. Then wait until the welcome message changes to say EU. This could take awhile (4 minutes or so). Then log in. It's getting fixed in a few days so you won't need to do that anymore.

You don't even have to wait actually. Just swap the servers and you can log in right away

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_AlanG Due to ur update 12 I lost my all work, feel like wasted 2 years.

Reported to ur intelligent customer support team but no reply from them, can you plz tell me how long u guys take to fix this thing... or no chance to get my work back.

Hopefully the server select issue for EU will be solved in this patch. Nevertheless, you had been given directions on what you needed to do by multiple people and, to be honest, from the looks of your previous topic, you didn't follow them.

There is many posts about this issue, you didn't lose them you are just on the wrong server, when you open the game change server to live then live-eu and log in without waiting.

I think u should read my 1st thread, I followed all instruction and played the game but same day next time server broke my game. Dont assume people post here without doing anything.

EDIT: I know there so many solution posted by fellow players, but I made this thread after try everything and no response from customer support.

I solved the issue this way;
* Start the game as you usually do
* Pick Live server and accept
* Now go and pick Live (EU) and accept
* Log in
* All my characters were there when loging in this way.

Step 2 and 3 are the key to log in. ZOS has staded they will fix this in future patch.
