Got the message asking for the access code mailed to me. I copy pasted it, but it says it's invalid. This after another complete un- and reinstall cause the client wouldn't update again... Pls fix this!

✭✭✭✭✭Make sure when you copy/paste that you do not include a space after the last letter. When you highlight the whole line with the code in the email it has a space at the end that shouldnt be there, might be this caused the invalid code message.0 -

awarenesslogicSoul ShrivenI'm having a similar problem. When I try to login to the the NA server, I never receive the email with the access code. I tried logging into the EU server, got the email and was able to do so. Unfortunately my characters are on NA.0 -

Eas007✭✭✭The missing characters after loggin persists. For people experiencing the same issue. I select 'Live' server. Then reselect 'EU live' then wait for the MofD to change to say EU server. Then you can loggin.United we stand, divided we fall. Shields as one!0
