Acces code entered is invalid.

Got the message asking for the access code mailed to me. I copy pasted it, but it says it's invalid. This after another complete un- and reinstall cause the client wouldn't update again... Pls fix this!

Make sure when you copy/paste that you do not include a space after the last letter. When you highlight the whole line with the code in the email it has a space at the end that shouldnt be there, might be this caused the invalid code message.

Lmao, now I get error 206 you've entered the wrong code to many times. Every update the same troubles, I wonder why I even put up with this...

I'm having a similar problem. When I try to login to the the NA server, I never receive the email with the access code. I tried logging into the EU server, got the email and was able to do so. Unfortunately my characters are on NA.

For people suffering the same issue. It seems that I got multiple mails with different access codes. By using the most recent one, I got in. Finaly... to discover all my characters gone...

Characters are back after logging in again and reselecting EU server. Then waiting several minutes to see the MotD change.

The missing characters after loggin persists. For people experiencing the same issue. I select 'Live' server. Then reselect 'EU live' then wait for the MofD to change to say EU server. Then you can loggin.
