Zombies and Bloodfiends seem to drop more Worms than Skeletons do. Makes sense as a skeleton would not give much for a worm to chew on. Or whatever it is that worms do to eat.

There are other bait options out there you know lol. Torchbugs give insect parts and other various bugs do too.
If you kill small animals like frogs they drop guts you can use to fish as well.
