Why is this the only bethesda rpg without cannibalism?

    There is ONE quest in a public dungeon that's entirely focused on said forbidden meat. =P

    Theres also the quest in the village of Lower Yorgrim of Eastmarch that deals with the nords there eating giant meat.

    There is cannibalism in a public dungeon too... pretty sure it's Forgotten Ruins.

    HEY this one takes offence to that, she does not bark or drool, the cold wet nose only happeneds from time to time. As for the smell of dog, a bath with special soap cures that! At least this one does not smell of rotting flesh and old blood.

    It has been mentioned many times on ESO-Live that the writers and devs at Zos communicate with the Bethesda team. And let me remind everyone, Bethesda created Zenimax Media in 1999. And later Zenimax Online Studios was created to produce ESO. I'm positive, Todd Howard has his hand in ESO...:) They are the same company, just different divisions of each other.

    While I really always like to have some crazy stuff like cannibalism in games, in ESO it would be really complicated to have. At least RP-wise. Having it be a skill line like vampirism/lycantrophy would just result in another thing that everyone will eventually have/use at some point, despite the rarity of cannibals lorewise. If there is ever a fallout-online that's an entirely new thing.

    I was thinking first, that this is a joke, but then I realised there was cannibalism in Skyrim and not just for a show. OMG is there something, you couldn't be part of in Skyrim? I realised again, how it was cool really.

    The only Bethesda games that had a cannibalism skill/mechanic was the fallout series AFAIK.

    Afaik = wrong. It's a player mechanic in oblivion and skyrim.

    Eh, the choice to have a character be a cannibal is maybe because people are squeamish? I don't know, to be honest. I guess werewolves and vampires count.

    Quest wise, it's definitely there, even if it isn't directly in front of you, it's pretty easy to figure it out.

    In the AD there's the bosmer who ate a player bard, and that one EP quest where a group of AD soldiers are eating hatchlings...I could go on, but people have pointed out most of the stories that come to mind.
