Make wall of elements an actual wall and make stamina users pay for it with thier stamina.

In PVE, stamina builds have to run Rally to have the kind of survivability that Annulment provides. A stamina user can't take a Molag Kena lighting wall (although why you're not rolling through one is in question) on his own.

I can run all vet dungeons (including HM) and normal trials with 16k health because of that shield.

I run a high sustain Seducer set, which nets me low max magicka, sitting at 39k with food, and that lets me whomp down a 19k shield

In addition, the animation of the ability is really nice, and lets you cancel it really easily, so putting up the shield takes a whole .1 seconds.

It's a very strong ability that any magicka build except Sorcerers should take.

You have the rest of us magicka people confused with 'magicka templars'.

That's why light armor won't be buffed, can you imagine what it would do for RD spammers?

It's not Magicka who are bad , it's stam who are cheat .

Which doesn't work nearly as great as it sounds. With the corrections to regen and the increase to Magicka costs, spamming shields frequently enough to keep yourself alive means you're not doing any DPS.

Light armor is in a tough spot right now.

A stamina DPS doesn't take a 35K hit because Shuffle and dodge roll.

Oh the horror of having to run an excellent HoT+heal on the weapon you want to use anyway. Magicka users and their crummy restoration staff are jelly for sure.

I can run all those dungeons with 16K health without using that shield.

Light armor is trash and anyone that says otherwise either isn't paying attention or is biased and just wants the AP gravy train from dead light armor users to continue.
