NPC's get all the best toys :/

They can use magic with their hands, summon cool animals / undead and other summons, they can fight unarmed sometimes.

There is a lot of cool stuff they can do, my question is will we ever see something along those lines in the future for us poor Vestige?

Out of curiosity what type of NPC enemy skills are your favourites?

Mine are the Wolf Summons from Wolves & the Shaman skills

Mines that aoe dark magic spell where 6 or so swirling mini tornados scatter around.

There are a bunch of non hostile npcs that summon bound swords, throw fireballs with their free hand and have a flamethrower special attack. They're basically using Skyrim spells, WANT.

NPC's still get to use the old good version of Wrecking blow. I wish to have it back for crowd control. Choking talons are meh but plausible.

Just remember, most of these npc's skills have cast time and cooldown.

The thing that The Warrior does where he holds his sword in the air and basically offensively Remembrances everyone is pretty danged cool.

Favorite though has gotta be The Mad Architect's stained glass shatter attack.

I'm probably cheating by naming bosses, but as far as regular old enemies go I'm a fan of the fire star-like AOE that flame mages do. The one where it kind of emanates from them in, well, a star-like pattern. Think of Skoria's Flame Pillar but I know regular NPCs do that with themselves as the epicenter.

The ice circle on the ground that some "battle-mages" make. Then they use dizzying swing to hit you and put you right on that circle and it does a ton of damage before you are able to break stun.

The daedric npc in the sewers that uses dark magic to shoot a dark purple meteorish looking thing and he holds his staff up high to cast it.

I wish I had access to the OP abilities of the City Guards, Imagine being able to chase down your opponent at over 200mph from and use talons to lock them down from 50 feet away.

City guards can actually be outrun and after ~50 yards outside the gates they give up. They mostly use DK abilities and CC break is entirely possible. In no case do they run at 200 mph, and don't even sprint.
