A chance for diversity - how can you maximize frost elemental wall´s root chance?

The title says it all:
1) How can you maximize the chances for Elemental Wall and its morphs to root WITHOUT getting closer than 10meters to the targets? (10 meters are the LAG root death zone of modern pvp raids)
2) Does the immobilize effect chance of elemental wall stack? I mean, are the chances higher if two elemental walls overlap?

That's all i got. I cannot think of any mechanic that raises your chance to root enemies.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭The chances of rooting a target with Wall of Elements is set to 0%.
You have an extremely small chance to "Chill" an enemy, which can then get rooted if attacked with an Ice based attack.
What you should do is cast Destructive Touch for your rooting, to keep enemies inside of your Wall of Elements.Edited by Vaoh on September 20, 2016 10:39PM0 -
Toast_STS✭✭✭✭Charged trait with frost enchant. Charged gives 220% chance to apply status effect on a gold staff. Dots are 2% chance to apply status effect so 4.4% with charged trait. Light attack and frost enchant are 20% to snare an enemy each so 44% chance with charged. When they are snared by the cold and inside your wall of elements the enemy will become rooted.
