I wiped 3 times and quit at Ibomez yesterday because people were to dumb to use the flesh grenades on the zombies. They were almost max CP so I doubt they didn't know the mechanics. They probably imagined they could just stack and burn them. Had about 5 atronachs spawned with ~50% on boss at one time, and of course they enraged and killed us quickly. Yes, some people who have so many CP are really THAT stupid. And don't even get me started about the pinion at planar inhibitor. I have to drink patience potions for the pledge this evening
The only solace in solo content like VMA is probably that if you fail, it's 100% your own fault, or at least something independent of yours/other people's actions, like being DC or the arena glitching (ex. having infinite spawns on some adds).
For group content, composition is very important, too. Yesterday, I was tanking the vWGT pledge with two PUG DPS. We wiped a number of times on Kena before we vote-kicked one of them (my first time ever vote-kicking someone for being bad). Got another PUG as a replacement, same problem. I finally brought in a someone on my friends list, and we killed Kena in one attempt with no deaths. Sometimes all it takes is one bad player to bring down an entire group. In this case, his low damage (hard-casting frags, not using his execute, and refusing to use Overload instead of Barrier even after we pointed out that DPS should not run Barrier) meant that atronachs were not dying and were wiping us, and his constant dying to simple mechanics like the exploding adds meant that we lost even more time and DPS rezzing him. The other DPS was competent and did fine, but wasn't at the level where he could pick up the dead weight and solo-DPS the boss. The moral of the story is, it's hard to judge performance in group content because so much of your performance also depends on how the rest of the group is doing. Bad players can look good if the rest of the group is very good and basically carries them through. And good players can look bad when they get overwhelmed by the slack left by bad players.psychotic13 wrote: »Completing group content is not just about 1 persons stats, it should be doable if you have an organised group and are aware of boss mechanics.

I don't know much about stam sorc mechanics, but I have heard from numerous videos that stam sorc is not something you can just pick up and do. This has prevented me from leveling a stam sorc just yet.
If you can do these things, I would make three small suggestions...
1) Change your race to Orc I think you will have a lot more fun with that speed boost Orc has
2) Watch a bunch of recent stam sorc videos on ytube. "recent" being in the last 6 months.
3) Try Black Rose Heavy Armor you can buy it from IC venders with Stones
Again, from what I have read on the forums and seen in stam sorc videos, very few people have optimized their stam sorc builds... So don't feel bad at all! It seems like this is a harder build to play at a high level with than most. Good luck!
