I agree now that he is back in the EU that he can handle some communication when Gina and Jessica are sleeping, but one person can't calm the apparent righteous indignation of the forum posters around here.Sweetrolls for all!

Kai is responsible for the German forums, as he speaks German, but come on, do not increase his workload!!!! He would for sure not feel good about that.

Spiderg1rl✭✭✭I think the more important idea should be whoever is online and working should post something up. Be it Kai, Gina, or anyone else. I think the major issue is the time zones for each player are different. Kai if in Europe when there are problems is in a different time zone to Gina etc when it goes down later in the day. I think there should always be someone on in the respective time zones to let everyone know at any given time.
Obviously that is possible today because Kai is in Europe. Gina and co will be up and talking around 1-2 GMT from previous experience.
I'm also certain when the servers are down and it's not in the US time zone there are less people from Zos up and about Kai's first priority was probably to try and find out what was going on and then updating us. If he's mostly on his own that makes sense. After 2pm we get a faster response due to most of the staff being in.
It sucks but time zones etc it makes sense. It's not just the EU time zone that matters.0 -

I think it is because Kai is a proven Community-Manager for, at least, 15 years. I know him since he was our (German) CM in DAoC. And at this time he already was regarded as a very good CM.2 -
