The " Elemental sucession " set , should be up .

Hi guys ! i'm on of those people , who see a possible potential in set like this:
Yes i know , this set is very bad ( i test , and results are bad .) BUT He could be good if they up it . and if they do this ( if they up this set ) this will be a Very good set for Sorcerer NON-overload
and Yes i know too that they prefer Up stamina but : WHY not ?! i propose 1 solution
1) Increase spell damage of the 5 th bonus , from 515 to 900+ . ( Nop , this is 900 spell damage per elemental effect , like fire for exemple . if you did 900/ 3 [3 ellement ] you have 300 spell damage , like the julianos , BUT it's per elemental effect , and we will win dps on the force pulse . )
what do you think about this ? did you have idea ? ( about the subject please . )
