Quest "The Final Assault" bugged

My objective is to stop the plainmeld but the quest is bugged. I cannot touch the light of meridia (see screenshot). I relogged multiple times and restartet the client. I cannot reset the quest but only abandon the Coldharbour quest completely (which is unacceptable).

Quiet annoying when the main questline failes.

Abandoning the quest may be your only option, but before that, try logging off for at least fifteen minutes, as that may make the area reset. If that doesn't work, try leaving the Endless Stair / Planar Vortex area and porting out of Coldharbour completely, then logging off for fifteen minutes. If that doesn't work either, the only thing left to try is abandoning the quest.

Happened to me last week when I was trying to complete skill point quests on a new character. I had to abandon the quest, which will put you back behind the magical barrier where the aylied guy gives his last speech. The quest was really annoying to find again.

Okay, I left the Planar Vortex area, relogged, walked through it again and finished it.

Thank you Zenimax for one hour to find a workaround. Maybe I should send you a bill for waisting my time.
