Really doubt that will ever happen, AOE taunts aren't needed in this game and having one would remove a lot of the tanking skill.

It'd become an "auto-include" skill which ZOS don't really want.

This is what I'm guessing, since I remember a dev post on the forums saying something like "every tank will want to use it"

That would make it useless in PvP though, so who knows.

Mist form has no magicka regen while you're in the form. This is ensures you cannot spam it forever (though double take and cloak and other magicka based speed boosts don't have this same punishment. Not really sure about the logic there, but #buffNBs)

After z seconds, explode for #### Fire/Frost/Lightning damage with high chance of inflicting status effects.

be even more awesome if the final explosion was based on how much ultimate you had saved up...

Hasn't been my experience. I've seen this used no less than 10 times in a row. If you are wearing black rose then you have an infinite amount of magicka and can spam this across the map. Never had a problem with players and their speed boosts.

Just going by what I've seen first hand. Mist used as a primary mode of movement from the beginning of an encounter to the end. Mist mist and really not other ability than mist with some heals thrown in. I don't think it is OP anymore just a crutch.

It would probably be an optional morph. As other said it would make tanking easier. I'm pretty sure that's ZoS' goal. They have been making everything easier.

Gap closer we removed the snare from all gap closers and finally fixed them.

resto staff ultimate = Super combat prayer

Dual wield ulti = giant bleed DoT

2hander, mega puncture, with huge immediate damage, and an armor debuff for the target.
