So many Dots, PSNs, and not to mention stupid stuff that pulls you out of cloak, because you guys cant figure it out.
No class should be perma cloaked, sorry magicka NBs but come on, yes then you will need a buff to other skills.
SIMPLE FIX :
Cloak will now have a Fatigue where if you cast it again within 3-4 secs it will increase the cost by X Amount.
Cloak will now Purge everything ( purge has a 15-20 sec Cooldown )
That reasoning is lackluster...by that logic, other elder scrolls games would let me levitate across red mountain whenever I felt like, so let's go ahead and put that in eso.Cloak has limitations in ALL other mmos, no reason it should be different here. I was always baffled taht ZoS allowed perma cloaking.....

Just plain NO to NBs getting a complete purge. DoTs and debuffs need to be harder to cleanse in this game. We don't need more extended ritual type skills that make debuffs useless
Sorcs were given Streak fatigue, and ZOS decided to break the skill later on by bugging it out. No longer provides forward momentum, ruining your speed on all but perfectly flat terrain.
I say leave cloak without the Fatigue, as we shouldn't have soft cooldowns on any skill. Very stupid concept.
This. I can't count the number of times I'm able to put down a shade, jump in and kill someone, teleport out and just watch them spam aoes in that one area while the shade is shooting at them...heck I have even been able to drop that in the middle of a melee fight with some stam sorcs, roll dodge twice then teleport and disappear, leaving them clueless.CapuchinSeven wrote: »The other is the limited range, limited time frame shade teleport which makes people think the NB has hit cloak when really they were too stupid to stand near the shade.
DOTS were never meant to take us out of cloak, the problem is that half the time they do anyway...and continue to break it as the DOT ticks.DOTS doesn't help. Magelight never worked when you're even near... The current status elemental effects are lost once he/she's in't cloak. It's annoying.
