maybe, it works well already, it's no big uber damage build but it's mostly for irritating the life out of big numbers, with tons of roots, slows and AOE bad spots you try avoid, works wonders in breaking up zergs, but if i can replace a 5 set of Braraha's curse with winterborn then i will
also in dungeons it seems to allow me to semi tank, might need to dump a set to get a light armor tank set going tho if i wanna propper tank

The reason it's so complicated for them to change loot tables is because each item/trait combo requires a whole new item ID.
For example, here are the item IDs of two resto staves that I recently received:|H1:item:71171:363:50:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:14:0:1:0:498:0|h|h |H1:item:79709:363:50:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:14:0:1:0:498:0|h|h
The two staves are identical, except the first staff is Precise, and the second staff is Nirnhoned. Notice how there's a gap of about 8000 IDs between the two staves? That's because the Nirnhoned drop option was recently added, so they needed to create a whole new item ID for that particular drop option.
So for them to add new traits to the Bahraha table, they need to create a whole new set of item IDs--hundreds of them--and then add them to the tables.
Also, Maelstrom and Master's staves drop in Charged, so if you're doing Bahraha/Winterborn, just use a vDSA staff, since you'll probably want to use Destructive Reach for procing Winterborn anyway. Or a vMA staff.
But, more importantly, Charged is such a trashy trait. In this case, all it'll do is increase the chance of proccing the Chilled status effect. Yay? I'm not at all convinced a higher chance of the Chilled root is worth having over a straightforward damage trait like Sharpened. Frankly, it's hard enough finding Bahraha weapons in good traits (*cough* defending 1-handers) that I'd hate for them to pollute it with crap like Charged.Edited by code65536 on August 28, 2016 1:02AMNightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU

i can understand what you mean but i disagree with this one bit, i find charged to be quite good in PvP for the simple fact roots annoy the life out of both gankblades and zergs since the more they have to blow just trying to move the more disruptive it is.
my build aims to disrupt and spread and charged has shown on a random other staff of ice i used to up root amounts quite well allowing me to disrupt even more zergs, hence why i'm after charged Braraha since the AoE stings alittle, heals me but gives a huge slow and leave the whole "red zone = nope" couple that with some winterborn procs and a ton of chilled roots and you really start messing with their freedom of movement.PLEASE REPLY TO ME WITH @dsalter otherwise i'm likely to miss the reply if its not my own thread
