Great stories! I've been doing a little vMSA and am so close to finishing...I just have to learn to slow down once the last boss gets to 25% and not try to rush it. Soon(tm)!

Doing Veteran Wayrest Sewers with my Guild, wiping over and over on the final bosses and losing our cool (and our Armor durability) real fast, only to switch up our skills and tactics which actually made the difference, finally completing the Pledge.

I set my controller down to clap into the Mic.

It was those damn Giant Bats.

Great time in game lately, for me recently it has been when I finished all the Alchemy achievements this probably sounds like nothing to many people but I don't use any resources to look up what things are. I enjoy exploring and finding things out on my own with no help so when I figured out those last few ingredient combinations I was ecstatic.

Soon after, they released poison crafting and so I got to begin a new journey to discover these ones too.

The little things bring me great joy~

Going three days without finding a single dwemer motif (I hate the RNG right now) only to find my first imperial motif. So happy as I gave up hope of ever getting one.
Still havent found a dwemer motif again though...

The craziest thing about that is that the Obsidian Warrior was actually one of the ones who was the farthest away from where I was... He came from off in a corner. That was a bit of a WTF moment for sure lol

Tonight we did a mechanics run of normal Maw of Lorkaj, then a few motif farming runs. I had scheduled Maw for tonight because several members of our normal runs were unavailable, Maw and Sanctum are the only Trials that don't require 12 actual bodies to stand on trigger plates to proceed, and we ran Sanctum last time.

We ended up with 12 people anyway, without struggling to fill the group, all in the guild. (Well, one person wasn't until after the run, but I figure that's the same thing.

) It felt great to actually have a full group ready to go almost exactly at our starting time; it used to take an hour sometimes to get everyone ready.

We need more practice and proficiency on the ritual, but now all our tanks are very comfortable with their tanking roles, so that's a definite win. We are making headway towards Vet Maw, and we have a great group of people who are interested in getting there.

We also took a few lowbies through on the farming runs and showed them the ropes. Our newest member hit level 8 on his only character from the quest, and already has a rudimentary understanding of the mechanics including the ritual, so that was a lot of fun to enjoy his excitement and his appreciation at being invited to run a Trial before he has even run a dungeon. (He doesn't know it yet, but he will be "soloing" Banished Cells later this week. My healer heals and he gets to do everything else. It's good practice for forming good dungeon habits and confidence,and he's going to love it.)

On Monday it was fairly quiet so we took a group of four through the new Ruins of Mazzatan dungeon. None of us had done it or read up on it before, so we were working to figure out the mechanics by ourselves. Only one of the Elders survived, unfortunately, but I think we did well. We certainly had fun doing it!

About a week ago I bought the Orsinium DLC and was struggling to beat one of the world bosses on my own (big ass dragon). So I thought I'd try out the brand spanking new text chat on console to ask for help in the zone chat. Within a minute 8 people came charging into the area on their mounts to help me. It was so beautiful :')
