Any stamina class wanting RD to be nerfed is delusional and if they are being hurt by RD at 50%, perhaps need to invest in some new armour

obviously you would think so lightly about it because you are a radiant spammer and everything wrong with this ability, I'm pretty sure you stand in your ruin and spam breath of life while you radiant lol do you even have a backbar I'm pretty sure you can fit all you cheese in one bar

Im pretty sure you are twelve and arent helping this topic by throwing a tantrum when some makes sense and calls him names. You are a poser who is just taking side with the *cool* nerf jb players look into it and l2p if you die from this skill you are trash

haha classic comment from a spammer, oh you don't die in pvp? sorry god of eso best pvp player that ever existed haha get a grip you obnoxious imbecile, radiant destruction over performs in damage and in distances and if you can not see that problem them you my friend are the real trash.

lol  nope, like many templars I know, we are generally some of the first people to charge into a fight. Its is pretty obvious to me that you have never played templar, and have no idea what you are talking about. Everything that you are saying is just making you sound uneducated and completely oblivious.

Some of us templars have stuck by the class for the past 2 years, even before the STAMINA update that has ruined pvp for so many people. Templars have always been at the bottom of the barrel, and now that the other 3 magicka classes seem to have been nerfed harder than we have, people are suddenly crying because they actually have to use their brains from time to time when mindlessly spamming us with their uppercuts

RD is not OP. I don't get killed by it, I get killed by 2h stamina people ALLOT but not RD, and I am not just saying that because I am a templar. I feel sorry for anyone who actually dies from this skill, the poor little guys haven't even learned to block yet :disappointed:

hhahaha templar bottom of the barrel? and you play templar.... hahah i think you need to learn to play your class... wow, of course you don't get killed by RD all you do is spam cleanse and your in 5 piece heavy lol your more than likely not going to die from radiant. and to be honest magic classes ruin pvp more than stamina classes and a perfect example was (night blade bomb build last patch) that was poison to pvp.

Seriously *** off with these threads.

Dozens and dozens, and you already commented on the last one, sorry, last two... so you felt it necessary to start yet another thread on this.

    Go away.

well since there is dozens that means there is a problem..... just saying

The problem is people no learning what do. Instead just come whine for nerf. L2p.

i have already mentioned how to counter it but the reality of it is the situation will always benefit the spammer, so you've obviously not read the thread and just saw radiant destruction and got your panties in a twist (so to speak)

This really is a L2P issue. If your in a big group battle and it's open world, your doing it wrong. Get to a resource or keep.

If your trying to escape a zerg, your probably gonna die.

Shuffle dodge and rolling are very strong defensive techniques because it allows mobility. Hence why radiant is soo used.

how is it a learn to play ? so your saying if someone is getting zerged down they should die ? well lets say I'm 20 meters infront and run from the zerg sprinting should a beam be able to hit me from a a huge distance while I'm running past terrain and objects but still register full damage ? do you even think that is reasonable.....

It's not op. There are plenty of and equally deadly skills from all classes and weapon lines. I get killed more by snipe and melee weapons. But I'm a Magicka Templar that lacks mobility and can only dodge/block so much. Honestly speaking, now that 70% of the battlefield have gone Stamina, it would seem that Stam might be the more OP side of the battlefield now. So if you want to keep things fair, you might want to shift your focus there.

Instruction, when you got killed by RD:

    1) cry that templar killed you, rolly-dolly
    2) go on the forum looking for RD complain thread
    3) make a new thread, because people were laughing in previous. Your thread going to be much different, than previous, you'll bring so new arguments! (make title in caps to catch attention)
    4) got laughed by people
    5) don't understand why people can't understand such a big OP thing

    PS:
seriouslyI, I can't even remember, when I got last time killed by RD last time, and I'm spending almost every evening in PVP. But I remember tons of stam NB everywhere, with exactly same builds all of them.

I'm sure a range nerf won't affect pve.

I'm sure the pve templar cna keeps their 35k~ rotation up until the boss hits 30% and no when the but hits 40%.

Lowering RD to at least 22m wouldn't ruin the PVE experience for templars.

Elusive mist. Yes. I am forced to be a Vamp as a Magicka temp. And it's a great skill. But eventually my Magicka will run out. And all those spamming gap closers, with that snare that all gap closers have to make sure they connect, don't let me get very far. If I was Stam, I could dodge roll or even sprint. There are counters and balances. But cry more please.

As soon as the beam is applied on to you just bash the air. It bashes the beam off of you. This really is a L2P issue. If your upset because 4 templars hit you with radiant while you were retreating from a fight and you died, that is not an example of it overperforming.

If anything MagDK and Magblade could see a buff as well... But in regards to Magplar and for playing one regularly, they are strong enough as is.

You are complaining that using Elusive Mist drains your Magicka..

What the #$%? do you think dodge rolling and sprinting do? It drains your stamina. :*

But dodge roll keeps attacks from hitting you and snaring you. And sprinting is much faster than Mists 30% speed. It is much easier for Stam, especially medium armor wearers, to disengage from a fight. Don't be dumb.

Edit. Didn't meant to quote you, dr,death. You are fine.

@ RD Spammers (aka RD defenders), we just want a fair battlefield... (meaning no broken or OP skills and sets)

Magplar is not the only class that lacks mobility... But at least they can Purge anything and heal themself for a long time.
If you want a bit more mobility... hint: Elusive Mist.

Yes I can stay at range and spam radiant 3 times and then my magicka pool is exhausted.

Magplar is not the only class that lacks mobility... But at least they can Purge anything and heal themself for a long time.
If you want a bit more mobility... hint: Elusive Mist.

I ain't saying that Stamina is not OP.
(Not the point of the thread, but I wish to see a few things nerfed on Stam side: Incap Strike and Dawnbreaker just to name these two.)

If anything MagDK and Magblade could see a buff as well... But in regards to Magplar and for playing one regularly, they are strong enough as is.

If you knew how to use Elusive Mist, you would know how one can easily gtfo while still healing himself and recovering magicka. It's seriously a L2P issue if you struggle from disengaging from fights as a Vamp..
If you are not a vamp, might as well spam BoL all day or stay 30+ meters to spam RD.

Spamming BoL does not kill your opponent. Soo I heal up a few times till I run out of resources, bcz templars have worst resource management, and then I get finished off.

Yes I can stay at range and spam radiant 3 times and then my magicka pool is exhausted.

They actually have good Magicka Management... Simply with using Channeled Focus, I'm fine with only 1400 magicka recovery. Honor The Dead is also good if you don't go with BoL.

Stamina management is a bit more tricky... (Better hope for some corpse to repent!)

Childish much? You spend a lot of time complaining when you could be getting better at playing.

and you spend a lot of time defending your broken over performing ability because your not that good at the game.....

Let's keep fighting the good fight. o:)

@ RD Spammers (aka RD defenders), we just want a fair battlefield... (meaning no broken or OP skills and sets)

In certain scenarios channeled focus comes in handy. More for the shield and major mending access. I rarely slot it because their are much better skills to slot.
Radiant, honor the dead, extended ritual, aedric spear(for cc) dark flare
Punturing sweeps, mist form, repentance(for passives), spear gap closer and vampires bane (for snare and dot)

I guess I could switch repentance for channeled focus but repentance already passively gives me tristat regen of 10%. Which is about the same as what I would get from channeled focus. And I'm always laying down my extended ritual for snare and mm access.

    Channeled Focus
The rune grants you Major Resolve and Major Ward, increasing your Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance by 5280. You also recover 120 Magicka every 0.5 seconds.

120 Magicka every 0.5 seconds equates to 480 (4x120) magicka recovery. It's huge.
But doesn't count as magicka recovery per say. Meaning you still are recovery 120 magicka every 0.5 seconds even in Mist Form. (Major Resolve and Major Ward is also kind of a big thing... all of that for a cheap cost!)

Say you have 1400 recovery like my templar.. with channeled focus it's like I'm sitting at 1880.
If I would compare this to the 10% of Repentance (or other morph) that's only 1540...

    Extended Ritual doesn't snare?
Perhaps you meant Ritual of Retribution. Even that one doesn't snare.. It does damage to the enemy though.

maybe this will clarify or the very least humble your one sided mind to the real problem.

This particular example looks more like a bug to me, my radiant opression doesn't work that way.
I can't do 20k damage in less than a second when player has 72% health. In my game players hp drops much slower on my radiant.
