Do you recall if that was working before the login outage?

That has been that way for a while. Since before Update 11, intermittently. I am pretty sure it started after Dark Brotherhood. It has been on my list to see if there is an add on conflict somewhere that might be causing it. Something makes it start working again, too. I have not taken the time to understand that, either.

(Edit: using a wayshrine seems to make it start working again, at least in limited testing)

Sorry to veer slightly off-topic, but I have an issue where the nodes for Blacksmithing Survey I in Wrothgar aren't showing. I even tried giving the survey to another character and still have the issue. Another character was also rewarded that same survey and had the issue, as well. I noticed some other players looking for it somewhat confused, but others appeared to be harvesting theirs with no issue. This all happened last night.

Also, do you know if Monday's patch fixes the tier 10 surveys to only have tier 10 nodes? If not, many of us will have to stop doing equipment crafting writs.

I was loading on my main crafter in Rawl'kha when the server went down and now I get infinite loading then an error message "Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection" . All other characters work fine.

While I don't doubt the possibility that it is an add on, it is not that one in my case. I don't use it. Possibly another one that is using outdated lib files.

Riven Sylvain, Darien Morningstar. Her 3rd character she had issues with but can now get in on that one.

I was having issues with my character Dayla Longbow. I was able to log into her after trying another character and then her again.

Edit: After more switching, my wife could log into Darien.

Thanks for the details, @Slayer9292_ESO. Was your wife also able to successfully log into Riven after trying another character?

After more switches back and forth she finally got into Riven.

Not having a clothing survey issue, but the new coffers that customer service sent out to replace the ones where people were getting Level 1 items, also contain Level 1 items. Three of my guildmates had this issue this evening too.

Anyone else not getting into dungeons with the finder like me?

I have to admit I was impressed with the level of communication here during this. With my job I understand some of the reasons(every word said has the potential to be abused somehow as either a promise, threat, ridiculed etc) but a "crisis" was actually handled well. Definitely a huge step in the right direction. @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_GinaBruno and the team thank you.
