I've been playing ESO since beta, and such posts make me kinda nostalgic

Current trials are finally challenging, so it's a worthy achievment, good job, but here is some history :P

World#1 HRC HM:

I am unsure, but I believe Purple got world first HM clear? I do know that they had the fastest speed run, I am not sure about HM clear for Sanctum.

You forgot Last Prodigies on your list there :P
If I am remembering right they got the first SO clear, or 2nd.

Yes, Last Prodigies also, but the first SO clear was IDDQD, but for some reason, they didn't seem to achieve anything else and disappeared into thin air soon afterwards. Hmm, I might need to look this all up and add a section to esoleaderboards. This is history.

it's normal mode, but I tried to find hard modes

world#1 and #2 SO HM are EU guilds, AE and HODOR, but the first one (in it's original form) doesn't exist anymore like IDDQD (most good russian players just left the game after). I posted purple guild kill, because it was very clean; even HODOR almost wiped several times and had to survive 2 mantikoras

I feel like we are lacking the mitigation required from the game to be able to do HM MoL, because the curses not being purged is a heavy hitter lol, just from seeing Hardmode the strategy is easy to figure out, but the lack of constant mitigation is too much
I would like curses to be purged but that would result in @Alcast killing himself and reviving

We got him 1 and a half circle and around 40-38% the last time we tried, but then we also discovered the bug with the debuf purging in the syngergy phase. That is fixed now, so I expect that we make progress again once our full team is back together.

Poor me. How much I would have loved to play from the start

So nice those fights and ressource management was still a thing. At least the old trials are finally challenging again.

Congratulations on second clear, OP

So would it help if all the DD's roleplayed play-as-i-want-pvp-style, equipped a resto staff and spammed healing ward & mutagen + blood alter when they get debuff + spam structured entrophy to deal dmg + 100 points into Quick Recovery from Lord cp. for vMOL HM?? O.o

That is exactly our tactic. But right now we are all busy farming vDSA, so all DDs can wear the Healer set. After we are done with that, we head back to vMoL HM.

You do realize getting the achievement NOW on a character that didn't complete HM before SOTH is only possible through veteran hardmode, right?

Still technically no world first or second or whatever.

It's world's 2nd VETERAN Hard Mode previous ones was just Hard Mode
