Been falling down for over 6 hour !

Hi guys,
I've asking for help on the Customer service... and well ... no answer and after six hour my characther is still fallling down the sky hopelessly ...
Any tips in order to fix that... instadead or anything ?? /unstuck isn't working and CS seems to be unresponding.

The name of the character
The megaserver realm where the character is located ( North America / European )
