Been falling down for over 6 hour !

Hi guys,

I've asking for help on the Customer service... and well ... no answer and after six hour my characther is still fallling down the sky hopelessly ...

Any tips in order to fix that... instadead or anything ?? /unstuck isn't working and CS seems to be unresponding.

As we've posted on our support portal, we are currently investigating reports of players falling through the world in certain delves in Cyrodiil and in Orsinium Keep. As we continue to investigate, we recommend avoiding logging out inside any of these interior locations.

If you have a character that is falling through the world after logging out in any of these locations, please submit a support request with the following information:

The name of the character
The megaserver realm where the character is located ( North America / European )
