If I'm translating that word salad into English correctly, the easiest way for us to have apps is for Zenimax to hook us up with a proper API system and then let the players do the rest. That way the apps are more likely to work.

Please stop messing with the maintenance and trader bid times. I understand that you said you changed it to 4 am based on player feedback. With the servers not coming back up before the bids were due, this has made the situation *even worse* than before. All we are asking is that maintenance and trader bids be any time other than the same time.
Also, I am very concerned about the bid situation. We are have an entire country of new players from Japan who are now leveling up and starting guilds, and yet the next update has no new trader spots to bid on. The current stressful situation with bids is likely to get worse and harder on the newer/smaller guilds. Furthermore the situation with bid spying is just as much a problem as a year ago. The fix of hiding the bid history has not stopped players from doing simple math. Has any consideration gone into the suggestions of not taking the gold out of the bank til the bids are complete or hiding guild's gold balance?

In my guild, for instance, we have co-guild leaders, but only one can actually access everything a guild leader should have the ability to do.

Tiered bank permissions beyond "gold/not gold" would be great--I've love to be able to open up the consumables section for a rank, for instance, but not the gear section. Or armor+weapons but not jewelry.
I'd like an "/announce" for guild chat that allows officers to use an alt text in guild chat. Could be useful.
Trading-related stuff just kind of points to how the trading system needs a retune (not a AH or any nonsense like that, just a reevaluation of how the system fits together and a tweak to how many traders there are, what locations, etc--especially with 1Tamriel coming out).

Why does this server keep getting the shaft?
Move bid times to Sunday night already, so we can get some sleep!!

The guild bank tabs is something that we believe ZOS is at least working on. It would be a huge blessing. For instance, I have an entire storage guild used simply for storing my guild donations so that I can leave the main guild bank open as a reward once members reach a certain rank. I still have issues with members who put valuable donations in the guild bank or accidentally deposit their personal items there and usually but not always these are caught before random members grab and use them.
My #1 vote would be adjustable tax rates. 3.5% isn't nearly enough, and there's no reason that 3.5% needs to just vanish into aetherius. There's already a listing fee, no need to take half of the house cut. The house cut needs to be adjustable by guild leaders, completely adjustable. Let them set it to 99% if they want to. Nobody will sell in their guild because that's f***ed, but give guilds the tools for it to at least be an option. A lot of trade guilds struggle with getting their members to sell enough or buy enough raffle tickets (e.g. donate gold). If guild leaders could adjust their tax rates this would be a non-issue.
Alas, that was not an option. I voted for more kiosks for guilds to hire however as it would significantly reduce competition which would mean guilds wouldn't have to raise such insane sums every week out of fear of losing their traders. Double the amount of traders that are conveniently in cities, I say.
My next choice would be moving the bid closing time. This is merely a symptom of a greater issue however, which is why I rate it below my previously mentioned two.
That's a bit of an understatement. Bid spying is still rampant because bank balance can be monitored. This needs to be locked down more. If bank balance were completely hidden, GMs could submit bids early.ElfFromSpace wrote: »Bidding System Problems
We appreciate that the developers listened to our previous pleas and made the pending bid amounts viewable to only those able to bid. But the system is still far from ideal.

Move bid closing time to Sunday evenings 8 pm or 10 pm est, and avoid having it right before maintenance.
I love this idea!ElfFromSpace wrote: »Potential New Bid Systems
City bidding- Each guild bids on a city and the top 5 guilds are placed in that city.... Allow each guild to rank the traders 1-X with their top choice, second choice, etc. The top bidder gets their first pick. Second bidder gets their top choice of what is left. This would allow guilds to settle into a favorite spot most times, but a guild that made a good bit but got bumped from their preferred spot would end up elsewhere in the city rather than with no trader.
This would have to be my top pick. Bid prices are astronomical in Rawl, Mournhold, Elden, and Wayrest right now. Demand has way outstripped supply for well-located kiosks. Shornhelm and Riften are top candidates to become go-to trading hubs if they could have 8-10 kiosks located near their wayshrines *in* the city. Elden Root could easily fit another 5 traders inside the tree. Davon's Watch, Skywatch, and Daggerfall all have plenty of room for a lot more traders around their wayshrines.ElfFromSpace wrote: »Kiosk Location
More Kiosks... There is a huge disparity between a well located city like Rawlkha and Mournhold, and a poorly located hub like Shornhelm and Evemore.
