I was sure I had read that the hair pack would just get the base hairstyles and the rest would be sold separately. what is weird is that the new ones are not available yet, I thought they would be by now. But I think it was prety clear that they came on their own and not part of the pack.

I have to agree here. I didn't find the wording confusing at all, and it was said since the beginning the pack contained the existing hair styles only.

The price was missing in the original announcement - and when Gina told us in another post, that it would be 1000 crowns, she said, it is for the old hairstyles in a pack. So it was basically said twice, that it is for the existing 90+ hairstyles.

I'm so disappointed. I bought the crowns and was willing to spend them on new hairstyles (not going to buy the old ones, not even as a pack and as a collection item, I'm so bored of them all by now).

It was not mentioned anywhere, that no new hairstyles and only 2!! adornments would actually be released with the dlc/patch. I think everyone who was waiting for those new hairstyles etc has every right to be disappointed and angry.

I was hoping there would be new hairstyles included with this patch. I've been looking forward to it a great deal. This is very disappointing news.
I really think it would have been nice if you had released a few new hairstyles to go along with this update ZoS.

yeah, it was disappointing that the new hairstyles weren't included. I would loved it if two or three made it, at least.

kinda feel cheated, but it is what it is. I just hope they mentioned that it was just the basic hairstyles included in the bundle. It was the impulsive buyer in me that bought the bundle. Guess next time, I'll not buy something that's as vague as this.

Also the Personality bundle, imo was disappointing. I thought there were emotes that came with it, like the Heroic and Assassin Personalities. Oh well, lesson learned really. Guess I expected too much.

If you'd read what it actually says when you hover over it it clearly states what hairstyles they are.

Hey guys I thought about it, just chill. We'll get all the hairstyles, costumes and stuff on PTS by the end of August/September. I mean, they were supposed to come out yesterday and instead we'll get them 1-2 months later, not that big of a deal.

Those are basically a couple of idle-animation which play randomly. Cheerful for example has both hands on the hips, smiles randomly and turns the head to whistle - the smile looks terrible though, much like those in Fallout 4. Furious is more like being sulky then furious in its expressions. Melancholy looks more like depressed - somewhat ok, but nothing really special.

Wait and see - I am still waiting for the Redguard high, which they accidently had on the list of costumes to remove from the crown store, but it was never offered - ok, it was a mistake - but that outfit could have been there with TG - and we still don't have it. So I am not convinced, that we will get all hairstyles, which were on the PTS.

The new hairstyles on PTS are just awful. It feels like they were made too fast just to earn cash.

It lacks working, it's sloppy, and there is like 0 new haircut with long hair for women (despite feedback on this since day one on PTS).

Trust me, it's better if they delay that and put new hairstyles later, so at least we can have more choice and well done work.

As disappointed as I am, I have to defend ZOS here.

I can, however, see how people could get the idea that the new hairstyles had to be in there. After all, they weren't anywhere else. Which still bugs me. A lot.

Even I, who has Scrooge McDuck syndrome of not paying even 1 coin, am disappointed. I was planning to buy maybe only one new hair style, but I see only empty shelf in crown store.

So guys who were on PTS, how much of context did we get? We have dlc dungeons, app. race and name change, and...?

I hope we wont get it like costumes, which are added one per month, overpriced and removed forever in 30 or less days.

Ya know zos you're wearing my patience thinner and thinner with how little we get each dlc many of us had our hopes on "NEW" hair not the same ugly ones we got don't put it in the pts if Its not gonna actually be there launch day... or clarify what's not gonna be there from the start...

First: I am also disappointed about the missing new hairstyles, mostly because they have been shown on ESO live and all.

Second: It was always perfectly clear that stuff on the PTS will not be completely available when a content patch goes live. The Testserver is not a preview of all the content we get next patch, just a testing environment with all stuff that needs testing available.

We accept this, however the reason the community is so disgusted is that they advertised the new styles and adornments to be coming out with this patch. This annoyance and backlash from the people paying for their product, in my honest opinion, is rightfully felt. False advertising.
