The new hairstyles on PTS are just awful. It feels like they were made too fast just to earn cash.
It lacks working, it's sloppy, and there is like 0 new haircut with long hair for women (despite feedback on this since day one on PTS).
Trust me, it's better if they delay that and put new hairstyles later, so at least we can have more choice and well done work.

We accept this, however the reason the community is so disgusted is that they advertised the new styles and adornments to be coming out with this patch. Clearly on their ESO:Live stream and here at their official news thread http://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/news/post/2016/07/26/update-11-guide-eso-style-parlor
This annoyance and backlash from the people paying for their product, in my honest opinion, is rightfully felt. False advertising.

This right here! ^^ From the linked article:
"Coming in Update 11, you'll be able to completely change your character in the new ESO Style Parlor. Read on to learn more about each of the available options."
"Premium Hairstyles, Adornments, & Markings
If you're looking for a little something special for your favorite characters, navigate to the “Style Parlor" category within the Crown Store and peruse the new offerings in the Adornments, Hair Styles, and Markings sections (please note that some selections are gender and/or race restricted).
You can change your character's hair style, adornments, and markings as often as you like using any items purchased, which can be accessed from your Collections menu under the “Appearance" category. These can all be used alongside many of your existing collectibles as well!
These items will vary in pricing, starting from 200 crowns, and we'll continue to add more in the future."
We were told very clearly we'd be getting these things. Then, we didn't.

Well could you swap around for standard beards on PTS?

Out of curiosity, what is actually available?

How do you know?Additional ones will be available in 6 days.
I thought wow 92 hairstyles for 1k crowns, then I read the 'STANDARD' and had a think. Standard means already existing, so I passed. Pays to read carefully as companies usually put in vague text to 'trick' customers, whether intentional or not, it happens.
Okay people, I'm the one who bought old styles for 1k, thinking it was new. I don't regret my purchase as it's very fun to change the hairstyles on the go.
Additional ones will be available in 6 days. So 6 days from now you'll have your beards and fancy haircuts. I understand the disappointment, but really it's not the end of the world.
i want my 1k crowns back i wasted on the hair pack. We were promissed new ones.
Yes, i saw the description. Since i didn't see any "new hairstyles" to buy, i guessed the new ones are included in the "standard" character creation now.

And there is how it is YOUR fault... and I quote... "i guessed"

I erect the spine of dissapointment! It's not only about PTS dear Zenimax, you show quite a lot new hairstyles in your "The Elder Scrolls Online: Style Paylor" begining with "coming in update 11" and ending with date "1.8.2016 PC/Mac". In such case your video advertise is nothing less than missleading.

Actually it's on the first page of this topic. Jessica wrote That was the case with some of the Style Parlor offerings, including some of the hair styles. They'll be coming to the Style Parlor in a future patch. . Future patch comes on Monday, so it's 6 days from now.

Basically that includes every patch that has not yet been deployed to the ESO servers between now and the explosion of the sun.
I thought wow 92 hairstyles for 1k crowns, then I read the 'STANDARD' and had a think. Standard means already existing, so I passed. Pays to read carefully as companies usually put in vague text to 'trick' customers, whether intentional or not, it happens.

This way they get them to the biggest possible playerbase at the time the content is most relevant to all platforms.
For example they probably think that offering hair in the store now when the console players cannot yet use it may not be the best deployment of the hair.
