I just purchased the hairstyle pack. But I miss the hairstyle I actually want. It's a long ponytail like a samurai. It's not in the pack!?
And sidecut hairstyle isn't there too.

jkolb2030✭✭✭isnt the hairstyle pack only the original hairstyles? you can now change between all of the originals whenever you want..
the new ones are separately sold I believe.2 -

leothedino✭✭✭✭Poor marketing. I would have placed at least a few of the new ones with this patch. People are going to be rapidly using the new change services and want their characters to look perfect. Whoever made the decision to slowly feed out the nicer new hairstyles, needs to evaluate his/her contribution to the company.

That's totally fair feedback. When we have testing for things that will be rolled out later or over time, we'll more clearly communicate that in the patch notes (like we did with the Witches' Festival.)

Translation: we want as many people as possible to spend crowns on the old hairstyle pack before we roll out anything new. I have waited for years (gosh darn it, I actually mean that too) to change my sorc and his skinny peg legs and horrible hair, I finally build something (and I mean this too) ****ing amazing on the PTS, and half of the appearance will likely be available to me in 2017. Nah, not for me. I'll be back whenever they sort this out.
Edit: I too won't be spending a dime/cent/penny on 'the original' bundle or a race change until I can stroll out looking fabulous

I erect the spine of dissapointment! It's not only about PTS dear Zenimax, you show quite a lot new hairstyles in your "The Elder Scrolls Online: Style Paylor" begining with "coming in update 11" and ending with date "1.8.2016 PC/Mac". In such case your video advertise is nothing less than missleading.

Throren✭✭✭@ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_GinaBruno Ya also gotta state my extreme disappointment. You guys hype up all these new hairstyles and adornments...and LITERALLY almost NONE of it makes it in. You at least could have given us the beards you guys spent like 5 minutes on ESOlive hyping up.
Some of the new stuff are what I really needed to breathe some new life into my character and was excited to play him again with a new look. I've always had this image of what I wanted my character to look like, and never really enjoyed playing my character much cause of the limited options. But on the PTS I finally was able to make the character I always wanted....then the patch comes around and ...NOPE! Now who knows when we'll actually get all the new stuff. For all I know, I'll have to wait months or even a year until I get the options I wanted from the PTS
I just dont understand why they cant be added now. You cant say they aren't ready - they clearly are. Then why? This just put a whole bummer on my day
