I honestly think, professionally to make up for this, they need to do as they promised. They built a very steady and roaring chorus for support for this patch with the hairstyles and the adornments. My best friend and I actually downloaded the PTS to get prepped for it.

The only way to redeem this disgusting behaviour and not have us all rolling our eyes about what you 'promise in the future patches' is for us lot to log on tomorrow and see what you showed us in the videos, the info-grams and the official news posts. Sort it out, it's embarrassing.

What is crazy about this, absolutely mad beyond understanding... is that we WANT to pay you money for this, we want to give you our cash so we can buy them. Talk about shunning your player base.

I too bought the hair styles pack for 1k crown, thinking there will be some new ones. Then I read they were "original" ones. Fair enough.

But since you advertised it, I guess it would be fair for those who bought this bundle to offer additional ones for free. Even if it means to contact the support.

On a positive note, THANK YOU for finally giving me a means of giving my Bosmer the short Imperial hair style!!

It was not available in the character creator screen for Bosmer even though many male Bosmer NPCs have that hair style in the game... which I thought was odd... if NPCs can have a certain hair style, why can't the player?!? But that issue has now been resolved, so thank you!!

Also, please put the new hair styles from the PTS in the next Crown Store release; I'm really wanting that 'anime' hairstyle for my Breton!!

Me too, never really noticed the original part, only the "all 92" part. Spent those crowns without looking because the new styles were in the advertising and on pts. Bet a lot of others did, too. Disingenuous, at best. Underhanded money grab at worst. And someone will get a pat on the head and a little raise from the corporate overlords.

I erect the spine of dissapointment! It's not only about PTS dear Zenimax, you show quite a lot new hairstyles in your "The Elder Scrolls Online: Style Paylor" begining with "coming in update 11" and ending with date "1.8.2016 PC/Mac". In such case your video advertise is nothing less than missleading.

Granted, MOST of the new hairstyles are lackluster and no few of them are downright awful...but there WERE some gems hidden in there and now that I know you're probably going to take over a year to get them all out I am bitterly disappointed. All I can hope for NOW is that your team is actually LISTENING to the feedback received on the hairstyles and is hard at work actually making NEW hairstyles like the ones we actually ASKED for over and over again.

They will be added. Trouble is, they will probably cost the same - 1000k. So, the real problem is, whoever spent 1k on the regular and expected to see new content, will have to spend additional 1k. Am I right @ZOS_GinaBruno ?

Or will you be good enough to add this free of charge (at least to those who bought this on the 1st day of release)?

Why introduce these hairstyles if they werent going to make them available upon launch of the Update? We've had the same hairstyles for 2 damn years. Was it really that much of a pain for your suits to give the go ahead on giving the playerbase something actually new?

Actually, with the cheerful personality - in that pack with 3 personalities - the long hair of my Breton lady is swaying when she moves her body sideways. I did not test other hairstyles though.

The problem is with the new hair styles, the ones in the PTS, like the samurai ponytail. They do not move on the same way that the base hair styles do. The samurai ponytail is completely stiff, while the windhelm long hair (I don't remember the names of the styles, sorry) seemed to have the ends glued to my character's back unlike the base long hair style.

I also hope they fix the bug with the eyelashes and any kind of facial mask or accessory.

Can't help but wonder how many people bought this thinking all the new styles that their carefully worded advertising and a month on pts led consumers to believe would be available. Now these same people will have to pay, again, for the new styles. I can almost hear Dr. Evil laughing in the board room......

Yea I'm aware of that since I tested it all out on the PTS before. But the thing is the look I selected was specifically for using the frills so without them, it doesn't have the same effect $:\$

And ZOS, don't forget to hire an actual hairstylist - that we do not get these grandma haircuts, but something what is nice and can actually be worn to many occasions. You guys are lacking taste, you really need a professional hairstylist to help you.

Well the new hairstyles will be from 200 crowns each upwards - that was said so far.

Just keep in mind, when you buy hair - that you will just get those hairstyles, which were available on the character creation screen - you can change those at will though, if you buy this pack, it works like other collection items. But you cannot change your hair color - just to say this as well - and the color differs between hairstyles in it's appearance - it is the same color, which you have chosen at character creation, but it does not look the same with different hairstyles.

Changing to another hairstyle is a pain though - because the collection screen does not allow to turn your character and look at the hair fom all sides, and from the front you can often not tell, how it really looks like - so it is an ongoing - open collection screen - change hair - close collection screen - turn your character - shake head and repeat.

On the positive side - the ESO+ costume dye system is quite nice - and the silvenar hat looks quite good, when colored in green with some brown for the hair cover - I combined it with a tunic outfit, which is no longer in the crown store and adjusted the green color of that costume to match the hat - now my character looks a bit like Robina Hood

she is an archer.
