Then how about ZoS selling you "Teleportation Staff" when used instantly teleport you to your Quest NPC.
It's just convenience anyway, instead of mounting up and walking around, let's use the staff to save time.

Then how about ZoS selling you all the best gears, so you can just equip it right off the bat.
It's just convenience anyway, instead of grinding/farming up the gears, let's use the crown store to save time.

Just because it's convenience, doesn't mean they should sell and monetize it. Overly convenient items are the root of P2W

Yea this would be a clear and final excuse to uninstall this game (and burn my account and anything related) in a heartbeat. This would be the absolute worse thing they could do for a 'buck' and I'd prob not touch a zenimax game ever again.

I would honestly like boosting characters, but the bisggest problem in this game is not just getting to max level, you need skill points and leveling skills lines and skills and horse training and lorebooks and all that stuff, if we get the characters with all these at 1 then whats the point? they cant also give you all skill lines at max so I don't see how that ever working out.

Also 5000 crowns is a lot

Well it's really personal perspective whether this is P2W or not, for me it doesn't really matter but I dislike this because as people above have already mentioned it pretty much contradicts the purpose of playing the game to begin with.

And if it doesn't include Skyshards, skill levels, etc. I wouldn't really call it convenience.

It doesn't hurt you at all for a person to drop 5,000 crowns for a 2nd character at lv 50 with 50 skill points.............the Skill lines, Pvp, crafting, guilds and weapons you would still have to level NOT taking the grind out. Its an express intro to the customers that already have a character on their account at 50.

This is the convenience and I respect your opinion!

EXP Scrolls, you need to play the game.

According to you you can only do this if you already have a Lv50. Well what if that first Lv50 happens to have 600 CPs? Well that automatically means every Lv50 you'd buy would ALSO have 600 CPs. In that case, they would indeed be truly maxed out.

You know why we are going back and forth? Because you cannot see how this would generate an unfair advantage to those that actually WORK for this stuff, regardless of how long it takes them. That, my friend, is why it is P2W. Convenience is an excuse.

Oh by the way it's 64 Skill Points at Lv50. Also it doesn't matter what does or doesn't unlock by doing this, fact of the matter is you immediately become able to equip endgame gear by buying this. P2W man.

For the record, quoting anything is pretty much meaningless without a source.

That aside, the grammatical error makes it look like it came from a poor source.

My question to everyone here is: What exactly do you define as 'win' in p2w?

Would somebody be able to instantly clear vmsa? Vdsa? Trials/vicp/vwgt with no passives in armour skills, mage/fighter guilds, weapon skills?

Would someone stroll into cyrodiil vet campaigns and be anything more than free ap?

For all those stating 'It's p2w pure and simple' etc the only plain and simple fact I see is that such a 'new born' 50 still has a ton more grind ahead. I lvl'd a new char last week to 50, still had to go get lore books, still had to gather sky shards, and even with training gear NONE of the skill lines needed are anywhere CLOSE to being maxed out.

Right now that char is my weakest by far and will remain so 'till I can be bothered to grind the skill lines.

P2W? Not even close.

-Teleporting staff is basically all done. I have bought all speed books and I get to quests in less than a few sec with ZERO load times!!! I bought these books for convenience.

A level that can be earned in less than a day's worth of hours without paying any money (no sub, no marriage, just psijic ambrosia)

For the record, quoting anything is pretty much meaningless without a source.

That aside, the grammatical error makes it look like it came from a poor source.

My question to everyone here is: What exactly do you define as 'win' in p2w?

Would somebody be able to instantly clear vmsa? Vdsa? Trials/vicp/vwgt with no passives in armour skills, mage/fighter guilds, weapon skills?

Would someone stroll into cyrodiil vet campaigns and be anything more than free ap?

For all those stating 'It's p2w pure and simple' etc the only plain and simple fact I see is that such a 'new born' 50 still has a ton more grind ahead. I lvl'd a new char last week to 50, still had to go get lore books, still had to gather sky shards, and even with training gear NONE of the skill lines needed are anywhere CLOSE to being maxed out.

Right now that char is my weakest by far and will remain so 'till I can be bothered to grind the skill lines.

P2W? Not even close.

What grammatical error? And the source is Urban Dictionary, leading source for all slang and internet terminology, including gaming terms.

You just contradicted everything you've said so far. Copying your main would mean all the skill line levels, achievements, etc. associated with it. Might as well come out and admit you want everything handed to you on a silver platter so you don't have to work for anything.

It says buy with crowns a lvl 50 character after you have grinded one to lvl 50. you would get a lvl 50 character WITH 50 Skillpoints.....NOTHING unlocked......you will still grind SKILLS, GUILDS, PVP, CRAFTING.....THIS IS A FREAKEN CONVENIENCE not P2W. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And you are NOT OK buying EXP to level your CP Level up ?

I was just saying lvl 50 character with 50 skill points. You still have to grind ALL guilds, pvp, skill lines, weapons, crafting.....
